First off I came with my wife 20 minutes before closing and I know that is not the best time to go to a restaurant... the two girls behind the counter both greeted us with smiles and where very kind... they took our order and made the drinks in a very quickly and well... The drinks were the best milk teas we've had in this area! I got the kung fu black tea with tapioca and my wife for the winter Mellon green tea with milk cap and tapioca... hers was def the better of the two but both were very delicious The place we clean, well decorated and very nicely done! Bottom line we will be back and this will be our new regular milk tea for place!!! read more

Ive been on a bubble tea kick lately and I dont know how I overlooked that this location was here for so long. It is in kind of an unassuming strip mall but right off Mason Montgomery in a busy area! I was able to order ahead online for quick in store pickup. I was greeted kindly right when I walked in even though the employee was making another order. They keep your order ahead placed behind the counter for safety during the pandemic, which I liked. The inside was bright and airy with several well spaced tables. I got the large winter melon coconut milk tea with tapioca boba. I opted for 30% sweetness which was perfect. I do not like things too sweet and saw others recommendations for this. I also should have opted for less ice, as it was really full of it. The flavor was great and the boba were tender, not mushy. The price point here is a little high for the size comparatively but worth trying! read more

I'm a very regular customer, usually at the Kenwood mall store but since the mall is closed we are willingly driving aaaall the way to Mason to pick up bubble drinks bec we like Kung Fu Tea. I order thru their app and I also get regular emails for promos and rewards. So I got this email yesterday for Mother's day which clearly says buy 2 get a 3rd one free. I got excited and placed my order online and droooove all the way to Mason. I picked up my 2 drinks and asked for the hopefully 3rd free drink just what the promo says... Here's how the STORE MANAGER explains this ordeal: 1. Well, I dont see that promo in my app! (As i was clearly showing her these photos i posted from my app. I wonder what app does she have. I'm confused) 2. Next she goes on by saying.." well you NEED TO BUY 3 drinks and the 3rd one we will decide which is free. (Now I'm more confused!!! Where does it actually say that customers need to buy 3 to get a 3rd drink free? And she was like that's how it goes! You don't make sense woman! That's not what the promo says. I finally gave this location a try and it is amongst the best kung fus I have tried. I swear the stores need to be consistent! I got the grapefruit green tea and the other is the s'mores. Love them both equally even if they are super different! Try getting less sugar with a topping so it's not overly sweet, ya know?! read more

I've been drinking drinking Kung Fu Milk tea a 2-3 times a week for about a year. Traditionally Mason is better than Kenwood Mall. If the Bobas are hot they are very tender and sweet. The ice melts quicker but it's worth it. Lately they are barely warm at both locations, which I believe have the same owner. The bobas are often smaller, very chewy and have almost no sweetness to them at all. I dont know if this is by design or not but I miss those plump sweet Bobas. It's very hit and miss these days. read more

I really like this place but today I got tea with "bubbles". They didn't put the bubbles into the tea. This is the second time that has happened at this location. They put a sticker on the drinks that say what it is and the add ons. Both drink they forgot the bubbles in had the add on right on the sticker and it is on the receipt that I was charged for the add on bubbles. :( I just disappointed because it's what I go for. I could get tea anywhere else. I go because of what kind of tea it is with the bubbles. Both times I didn't notice until I already left sadly. Some of the best taro boba I've ever had! This place does not disappoint. My friend tried the sesame seed tea and surprisingly delicious as well. I appreciate that this place allows you to control ice/sweetness level as well. I did 50% sweetness for taro and thought I could even go down to 25% (and that's saying something, because I have quite the sweet tooth. Ask my dentist). read more

Fan of Boba Teas, and was awed how well they make Bobas here. We ordered the Taro Milk Tea, with pearls and nata. My daughter and I loved it! The pearls were perfectly chewy, and you can tell they are freshly made! The tea itself was creamy with strong taro flavor! Definitely not the overpriced instant bobas made from powdered flavorings. Very nice staff. Extremely confusing menu and ordering system. Nothing was clear on the menu. I ordered a winter melon green tea with as little sugar as possible, as I was told it can't be ordered sugar free, despite what the menu says. My tea tasted artificially overly sweet. It didn't taste like melon, more like hazelnut and stevia. I originally tried to order just the melon tea. Luckily the staff informed me that all the melon tea is just water and melon flavored syrup. In the words of someone in the shop with me, that's kind of a scam. Again, the staff was kind and helpful, but the menu and product are not good. Poor service all around. I've been here many times and have never felt welcomed by the staff. Today I had the worst service compared to every other visit. The girl working had an AirPod in and didn't once greet people when they came in. She was sitting in the back when we came in and the other worker (who looked like the son of the owners since he seemed to know everything and looked way too young) did everything.
