After seeing the Care Bears collab we knew we had to make the drive to try them!!!! My daughter was sooooo excited! We decided to order 3 of the 4 specialty Care Bear drinks. We asked for them to be made as they come (no alterations - see below). Cheery Rosehip Slush: Brighten your day with vibrant and refreshing rosehip slush, swirled with velvety cheesecake milk cap and sprinkles of graham crackers. ** mine has NO graham crackers at all Mango Clouds Milk Tea: Float through a tropical paradise with a blend of sweet mango and spiced Thai Tea, an exotic blend intertwined with velvety cheesecake milk cap and sprinkles of graham crackers. ** mine had NO graham crackers Matcha Luck Milk Tea: Strike liquid gold with a combination of bold matcha and light yet sweet honeydew, embraced with fluffy cheesecake milk cap and sprinkles of graham crackers for a truly lucky sip. ** mine had NO graham crackers Not only did all 3 drink NOT come in the cute Care Bear cups, but they did not have any of the graham cracker crumbles as advertised. I had one sad girl. Soooo, I asked the girl working if she could give me the cups and I transferred the drinks over. She was hesitant but ended up giving them to me. We were also told that they didn't have any more Care Bear stickers that we were supposed to get with our drinks. Sad. After all that and the drinks were mid at best. Overly sweet. The matcha is not real matcha. We ended up throwing most of it away. So sad.

Great atmosphere, boba, and service was really friendly. If you like labubus or blind boxes this is a great place to get them !!

Best boba place in town great service and drinks. Very clean inside. Drinks and boba always cold and boba warm

"Heads-up, Tracy: I went to Kung Fu Tea for a drink, but right by the entrance, an employee from China Wok (the man in the picture) was smoking. I asked him to move, but he only stepped a couple feet away, and smoke still drifted inside. When I suggested he smoke further away or by his own restaurant, he got rude and confrontational. Even more surprising, a staff member from Kung Fu Tea came out and said they're fine with it, encouraging him. I hope both places reconsider, because customers deserve a smoke-free entrance. Let's keep it respectful for everyone!"

Extensive menu options. I usually get a jasmine milk tea but they didn't have that here, but the worker told me which one was pretty similar. it was tasty and did remind me of a jasmine milk tea. It was spacious inside, clean, and welcoming. it was a late weeknight, and there was nobody there. I had no idea we had a Kung Fu Tea in Tracy, so I look forward to coming back if I'm near the area.

Nice to see that there's another boba shop in Tracy! I came on a Friday afternoon and it was surprisingly slow. I would think since its pretty close to the middle schools around, it would be crowded but to my surprise there was only myself and one other person there. I got the Honey Green Milk tea and it tastes just like I remember at other Kung Fu Tea spots I have been to. The boba although was a bit hard which I didn't really enjoy. The drink itself came out pretty fast and the service was great!

Very clean and modern. The staff was really nice however they didn't have the sesame matcha drink in stock. I wanted to try their popcorn chicken but the kitchen was not open yet. I did come in 30 mins after they opened so maybe its too early. Ended up ordering the matcha with brown sugar boba and a peach black tea with crystal boba. Must admit the drinks were pretty good. Very good tea flavor. Boba were cooked perfectly. Nice bite with good chew to them. Matcha drink was 5/5 and peach black was 5/5.

Oh yey!! Very excited to have a new bubble tea place (that actually tastes good!) I went for opening and they were doing a BOGO special to celebrate, giving 50% off your order! We love matcha and taro and they had both flavors in not only milk teas but also thicker slush version. We tried both and they were so good! We will definitely be back to try all the flavors!

You honestly can't get anything close to these drinks anywhere near and dare I say the bay included because they make it all from fresh (including fresh fruit juices, boba balls, jellies, etc) and you can really taste the quality and love they put into every drink they make. While I do have my favorites (in both Vietnamese coffees as well as fruit juices), I actually haven't had a drink I didn't like - and I buy a lot of different drinks each week, sometimes even ordering with delivery during the week in gallon size quantities because we are that hooked! We absolutely love the lihing drip they make in the summer and put on some drinks that we buy it on the side in a tub!! They've also on occasions had some food items that have been very tasty. Keep in mind they don't always have food on their menu but when they do you should consider yourself lucky to catch it and take it as a sign to go for it!! You won't be sorry! The customer service is stellar with the owners Kat & Sam who are consistently friendly, accommodating and really get to know their customers, you can tell they put their heart into what they do. I love that they offer their customers to try things before committing (although who are we kidding, anything you taste I'll bet you'd like!) These boba baes and everything they do are definitely worth the hype, so I suggest you hop on board and grab you some... and don't forget the BALLS!!!

NARRATIVE: I arrived just after 7:00 am of a Wednesday and found the place open and to myself. After checking out their extensive wall menu, I ordered a plain Bagel with Lox, an Asai bowl and a Sea Salt Caramel iced coffee to go. Like I mentioned above, they have an extensive menu which really impressed me. I was also impressed by their super large espresso machine. My order took about ten minutes to prepare and I headed off with my bag and drink towards home. At the house and before tearing into my food, my camera ate first. My Bagel with Lox was dynamite. Super thick cut of fresh salmon with cream cheese, capers, onion and cucumbers gave the sandwich a nice crunch. My Sea Salt Caramel coffee was great and their Asai bowls are impressive. SCENE: Located at the corner of W. 11th Street and East Street, Isabel's Cafe now occupies the old Sandwich Spot location. RECOMMENDATION(S): Awesome food! Highly recommended. The only negative I had was, unlike Sandwich Spot where you could watch your sandwich being made, Isabel's doesn't have that option. Everything is prepared in the back, away from the customers.
