California club bagel- with all of the above in your choice bagel with bacon and sliced chicken. 5/5 Chicken platter salad - peppery, light mayo chicken salad with crunchy celery, tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh romaine. The product is good, but service at this location is severely lacking. Sometimes I go just to get their cream cheese, like today. At work the locations, it's in the same case as drinks so you can grab it and get in line for the register. Not this one. So, I got in line for the register. In a busy Sunday morning, you should expect to ti wait, so I didn't mind the 10 minutes. What I did mind was the person at the register walking away for several minutes right as it was my turn. I think he went to get something for someone who had already been checked out. So that was OK. What wasn't OK was another staff person stepping in to ring out someone several people behind me because her bagel was ready. Which she did without speaking to me or making eye contact. Then she started walking away. I spoke up. I let her know I had actually been next. She said "you didn't get any bagels"? I said no, I'm ready to check out. She tried to pass the blame on the coworker who stepped away. I didn't let her. Even at Fast food places they ask who is next. They don't assume. I don't care if it's busy. Common courtesy only takes a few seconds. As precious as money is, I don't feel inclined to give them any. This isn't my first experience there with lackluster service. BTW, I got to the other location at least once a week. So, my paltry offerings do add up. I would prefer to spend my money in Tracy, where I live, but being the only game in town doesn't mean it's OK to slack off. Not recommended. read more

If you're looking for fresh bagels in town, this is where it's at! Bagel street cafe is the local spot for fresh bagels and bagel sandwiches. Recently, they expanded their coffee drink menu so we can get a nice latte or frap to accompany your bagel at brunch. I believe they expanded their hours at some point, as they're now open until 4pm daily. I only take one star away because they don't seem to be equipped for those extended hours. We stopped in around 12:30 and ordered 3 sandwiches, and 3 cream cheese bagels. Their variety at that point was already extremely limited, so I'm glad we didn't come in any later. Our favorite bagels (jalapeño cheese + seed) were already sold out for the day. I hope they're able to plan and gauge volume to better match their hours soon. This little cafe has such good vibes. It's always immaculately clean and well organized. We are always warmly greeted and the service is excellent. The bagels are always delicious as well. I recommend getting there early before they run out of your favorite ones. They carry a broad variety, so even if they do run out of your favorite, there's always a new flavor to discover. You can smell the fresh bagels when you approach the door, smells great. This spot has some very cool options, it's not just a bagel shop. They've got sandwich options, salads, tons of drinks, bakery items, including sweets, then obviously numerous bagel choices with numerous cream cheese options too. This place is packed on mornings & weekends. Parking is scarce too, better off parking by Safeway & walking over. read more

They assumed we ordered the new order and tried to charged us twice for the food we did not receive the first orders.
