Ordered delivery from there today and loved the food and the amount they gave me. I got 2 entree with rice. I got jalapeño chicken and general tso's chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. I was very happy with the taste of the food, how fast it got here and that it was fresh and hot. The jalapeño chicken had just the right amount of heat for the dish. I used to love food court Chinese but the mall is super disgusting now. I really thought this place would be the perfect replacement for when you want some quick and kinda junky Chinese food. WRONG! Easy, fast, and delicious food for a decent price! I got the 2 item combo, with noodles, bourbon chicken, and jalapeño chicken. The food tasted fresh, it had lots of flavor, and the plate was filled to the top. The service was great, it took all of about 3 minutes for me to get my food and pay. I was really looking forward to trying this place but I just wasn't a fan. The jalapeño chicken was fatty and the general toas was nothing but crispy bread. It was also sweet and not spicy. Every once in a while i come here and get loaded up with some good basic chinese american food. (I wouldn't call this authentic.) This place loads your container to the max with the choices you tell them. They are very quick & fast. There are seats & table but most people come to the counter, order and go. read more

Kungfu China Express is a great addition to the Asian cuisine options in Midland. Granted, it's not super traditional or upscale. It's definitely a Chinese takeout place. But it's good for what it is. I especially enjoyed the chow mein and jalapeño chicken. The options here definitely appeal to the tastes of west Texans. The line was also pretty long when I went in, but they were really quick and had great service. There was also a good variety of side sauces that you could pick from, so I liked that convenience. read more

Wowwwww Kung fu express is the newest GOAT in town!!! I love it when you can support small instead of a chain (it's just like Panda). Only thing is they don't have a drive through, but everyone is dressed casually and it takes just a few minutes to go in. The portions are HUGE for such a great price! I had the Large (3 mains) with noodles. I got jalapeño chicken, general Tso and bourbon chicken! All were SO good! They also let you sample. They used to be located in the mall and left a few years ago. I was excited to hear that they opened a new business down the road. First time going, they let me sample all the food. The noodles were the favorite part of 2 two from my party, but you can get rice or vegetables if you like. The fried stuffed wontons were ok. The teriyaki beef is a box of shredded beef that has an off taste. Not the thick beef in a stick I'm assuming most are used to. The Cajun chicken was so so but deep fried for no reason.
