I have gone here for years. Though the taste has dwindled over the years, it's still excellent food, great portions, and a pretty affordable price. They workers are always friendly and understand what I ask for/my order. I like this place better than the Cajun one across from it. I got mega sick from the Cajun place. That's what I get for betraying my one true love , 88. Never again 88, never again. The noodles are delicious and the chicken is pretty good. The rice isn't too dry. I came to the mall explicitly to find mall chinese food. It's a love hate thing with me; i usually crave it, get it, then complain about how horrible it was. So when I went to the only one in this mall, my expectations were low. I was definitely surprised. The chicken was soft, juicy, and flavorful and they give you alot. I would not seek them out, but if I'm in town with that craving again, I might end up here. read more

Honestly this is some of the best Chinese food there is in the area, and tops when it comes to mall Chinese food. While it sucks how they only give you one cup of sweet and sour per order (regardless of how many plates you have) the portions they dish out are monstrous. If they've ever been stingy I haven't gone at a time to see it because every time I always have enough for leftovers. I recommend getting the pan fried noodles, the mandarin grilled chicken and their egg rolls. read more

This is my favorite place to eat in the mall. I always get the 1 item combo with Mandarin chicken & noodles. For less than $9 it feeds me for at least 2 meals. The noodles are always great, some of my favorite in town. I have tried a few other meats and they're good, but I can never get tired of the Mandarin chicken. We have been regular weekly(at least) customers of this mall-court place for going on 4 years. Obviously we liked it as our only go-to Asian food in our rotation. In the last year, they made a couple changes when the management took over the food-place across the court, the Cajun food place. The changes they made had to do with price increases and the new women servers they hired, who are very stingy with the meat compared to the men they seem to have mostly replaced. Today at 2:30 my BF was at the mall Christmas shopping and was hungry so he went to 88 to get a late lunch as he hadn't yet had breakfast either he was pretty hungry. He told them that he didn't like it that they only put a tiny bit of the meat entre in the box, the lady pointed at the meat and said very rudely, "It's right there!", he replied "but look how tiny the amount is! If you don't want me back as a customer anyway, that's fine!" She slammed the box shut and moved him along. So my advice and what we will both do from now on, is wait until we see if the guy servers are there before deciding to patronize the place. At the new prices especially, it's just not a good deal like it used to be. read more

This place has gotten worse as it keeps going on. I ate there five months ago and the food was okay but over spiced went there again 3 days ago11/29/2018ordered a plate carnitas Al pastor.thier meat must have been waiting there all day because it tasted burnt and over-spiced I went ahead and ate. Bad dission the beans had no flavor no salt in them the pico de gallo had only diced tomatoes no jalapenos or onions the way it should be made. The salsa tasted like plan tomatosauce & water only no flavor .the place has gone down since it opened.I complained to the waitress but all she said was I'm sorry. I thought I was the only one that had run into the experience but I talked to several of my friends at work and they said they had run into the same thing Ihad. I guess the best way to deal with it is for me to be one less customer there No stars from me is my rateing the meal gave me bad stomach cramps. kidney hurt bad 2 days later barely getting over it.. read more
