My appointment was at 1 pm and seeing how I was a new client I showed up early to make sure I had all the paperwork filled out. When I got there at 1245 pm, I went to the door and it was locked. So I waited until 1 pm and tried the door again and it was unlocked. I felt that this was very unprofessional of a business to lock the door and open exactly at the time an appointment was scheduled. At least put a sign up that says we will be back at xx:xx. I almost left because the door was locked. Upon entering the staff was friendly and quickly processed my paperwork and dental insurance. After about waiting 5 minutes I was taken back for X-rays, cleaning and an exam. Everything went quick unlike most dentists offices that I have been to in the past. The dentist and dental hygienist were very knowledgable and answered all questions. I am giving them 4 stars because of the locked door issue.
