My experience with their plumbers however has been entirely different. Avoid plumbing jobs with this company!!! They didn't seal the connections on my water heater correctly. They tried once to fix it and made it worse. And once I noticed they didn't fix it, which was admittedly a little long, they wouldn't stand behind their work

The a/c stopped working and they no longer service my area. I had a Lennox provider come out that they recommended, and he stated the install was faulty, completely missing a step in sealing the joint on the copper. When I called K and S they said it wasn't their installer's fault and I couldn't prove it. What it comes down to is this is a POOR company that DOES NOT stand behind the work of the people that install their products. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING if you know what's good for you!

We are full and a stupid company truck with a trailer just adds to this headache. I would love to scream at a company rep. I will leave 1 star reviews on every platform I can find, I shouldn't have to fight for parking at my own apartment as a disabled person. Disgusting.
