I had a suspicious lesion that Dr. Klutke discovered. Since I had previously been treated at Moffitt, they advised me to have a biopsy done with my local urologist here in Venice (to get it done quicker) and send the results to them for further evaluation. NONE of my many calls to RTR Urology were answered. I even went to the office in person to plead for them to get back to me--that I was freaking out. NOTHING. NADA. ZIP. It's been almost 4 weeks. Moffitt quickly got me the needed biopsy, CT scan, and I'm going for more tests next week. Run, don't walk to Moffitt if you have a suspected cancer issue. They know how to communicate with their patients.

This past November I was seen in ER due to severe back and lower abdominal pain.CT showed diverticulitis but it also showed a tumor in my urinary bladder.Upon further analysis and surgery by a Urologist in Sarasota it was concluded that it is a malignant tumor that has been flourishing for a year and a half. My issue with Dr Ercolani is the negligence on his part for not ordering a re-examination/cystoscopy in 6 months or so just to be sure there are no problems.Blood in the urine is a first sign of a cancer,particularly bladder. I would NEVER recommend this physician to anyone. Thank you Dr Ercolani for absolutely nothing!

I would travel to see him if I had to. I had an extreme positive experience with dr Land. This doctor listens to your concerns, health problems, and he explains procedures in laymen terms. He rescued me from a doctor I would never return to. My general doctor referred me to another urologist before the last one. And that doctor left me in horrific pain. No antibiotics after surgery or pain pills. To top it off he left me on a table waiting for him to arrive for treatment all prepped for 2 hours waiting for his arrival on the prep table. Doctor Land would never done this. God bless him. I am taking a one more chance. Dr Land referred me to a doctor who he said was a very good doctor. God bless me. I am seeing him next week. If he's as good as he says he is, I will be posting my praises of him. Urologist are many but, I will interview them before procedures unless it a ER procedures. Dr G stated he would preform a 2nd exploratory surgery to see what was going on - oh & also said he would throw in a mini-tummy tuck (that I paid out of pocket $5K in total) Absolute nightmare!! This practice performs surgery at a surgical center (not hospital) - I highly suggest stay away from doctors not utilizing a hospital. tI was slapped awake and kicked to the curb. Diagnosed with three separate infections at surgical site -from tummy tuck preformed by a urologist, referred (kicked down the road) to injection Disease, Soon after developed a massive abdominal seroma & multiple infections. The initial seroma drain yielded 2 liters of fluid in my lower abdomen. - Dr Guata could offer no help or support.
