He kept telling me he was ordering the Hylyfe gummies but it's been over a month and nothing. Now my emails are going unanswered. Even now they have Hylyfe gummies on their website when they don't have any to sell. Be very careful with this shop. What they are doing is called "bait and switch". They lie and steal your money. I'm on a fixed income and I really couldn't afford to just throw $40 away. I would give zero stars there isn't an option for that.

I JUST HAD…read moreTO GIVE A STAR IN ORDER TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW!!!! 1-5-24 I came in to this Bardstown Road location of Happy Smokers by El Nopal and Moby Dick off Bardstown Road on January 5,2024 and bought a "MyMy" Slimpen Vape battery. First of all, i didn't get a receipt, but luckily i have proof of transaction via my bank app. But i went in and asked for the "cheapest cape battery" they had. And the guy rung one up, without asking or saying a further word, and said "$24.99", i said "dont you have a cheaper one", because by the counter i seen one that was marked $11.99. But, the guy rung up another one and said "$21.49". I just went along with it and accepted it and left the store. I went to my car, in anticipation of hitting my new cart, and to my dismay, it didn't seem to be precharged, so i quickly plugged in the charger in to my cars power source, waited, impatiently, as i was beyond needy of the hit of the cart, and started reading the packaging and seen it said that it did, in fact, come precharged, so, i unplugged it and went back inside of the store. The guy remembered me, obviously, as it hadn't been ten minutes since my purchase, and told him it didn't work and he proceeded to mess around with it and realized that in fact, it really didn't work! He just kind of stared at me and i finally said "well, i can exchange it right?" and he said "unfortunately, we don't do exchanges or refunds!" I thought i was going to pass out right there. I have never been told that i couldn't be refunded for a faulty product, especially since i hadn't even left the parking lot of said business. I will NEVER go to this place again, and i advise you all to not partronize this establishment as well! They are thieves and crooks and stole my $24.99!!!!! There hasn't been a time that they didn't have what I needed personally, but if they ever don't, they have made it known that they will order whatever I want. You've got your choice of places to shop if you want to get your drink on. In the last year I've grown to appreciate this location of Cox's more and more. Not only is it less than a mile from my house, but the people that work here are AWESOME! They know right where the item I'm looking for is and they usually have great suggestions when I'm not sure. Being more of a craft beer drinker (read that: snob) I tend to like to find something new, and they've almost always got something new and intriguing to contribute to my Saturday morning hangover. The staff here is very friendly and very fun. They're quick with a joke and are genuinely pleasant, even with the Friday Evening Alcohol Run beating them up. The prices are always great, also, often being less than some of the bigger liquor outlets around.
