My husband and I have bought over $400 dollars in this store. I know we've earned many points. We've asked about this everytime we've went in and they say they sent to email but we looked thru everything including spam email. Love the products but they don't give you points, for real. Their prices always seem much higher than other places I shop. On top of that they guilty you in to giving a tip each time you purchase their over priced products. Which seems like an extra slap in the face. For such a big store their selection is limited. Had several issues with not getting points each time I purchased. It took over an year to get my account worked out and lost a lot points in the process. read more

I have frequented this particular location because the staff is typically helpful and pleasant to deal and the 2 week return policy on juice is nice as I am a little picky. I recently went in to get a new bottle of juice and a pack of pods. They were out of the particular pods I use typically and the employee working offered me a different pod and I assumed all was well. I get home and go to pop a the new pod in and it doesn't fit with jamming it in and even then it's iffy at best. I'm a busy guy and going back wasn't possible but I finally was able to come in and hopefully exchange them. They told me they were not able to refund me or exchange the 3 unused pods, so now I'm stuck with pods that are unusable. This place sells single pods so I'm not sure where the issue lies. So this concludes my patronage of this business. Save yourself the hassle and go to one of the many locally owned shops around town. read more

Not a bad store. The price is generally decent, at least competitive with everywhere else. Overall the staff is usually quite friendly, not every time, but most of the time. The biggest issue here is that they are ALWAYS out of whatever it is you're looking for. I pass like two other stores to go here, just because this is always where I've gone (all the way back to when it was Vapor World). But EVERY time I come in they don't have something I'm looking for. Every time. We're not talking off-the-wall odd items here. It's everyday, normal stuff. Example: I've gone there three weeks in a row looking for some coils, which they've been out of. Final straw was today, so I went somewhere else and they had plenty. I'll just keep going to that somewhere else and forget all about this place. read more

The manner in which a customer is treated leaves me looking else where to spend my money. I guess they have all the customers that they need. I feel like I'm getting lied to and I'm not very happy about it my husband and I spend a sh!+load of money and have referred quite a few people to this company but I cant anymore I have been told so many different excuses to why I can't use my points supposedly we had racked up $60 worth of points but the system won't let them do it (tech issues) so i waited a while asked again was told transferring over to different system but when it is finished that the new points would be added to the existing amount then next time another store said that they're locked out of their system then now tonight I go to one store told there store doesn't accumulate points and didn't have what we needed and couldn't use any points at that location but we could at any another location so we went across town to the next town over that supposedly we were able to use points but we don't have any points cause the location we use and I have use multiple locations anywhere else reward points are able to be redeemed at customer's choice of transaction (usually) but i can't trust your (the company) word i can't trust anything that is sold by the company differently wouldn't refer anyone read more

I have been in my fair share of vape shops and I have been to this particular location 3 times and the 1st time there was a manager (I don't know his name) and we asked about a vape and he misunderstood our needs a couple of times which is understandable, could've been done with the attitude but whatever. Then as my boyfriend is mid sentence asking him a question he interrupts him and rudely asks for our ID's. I started to look for our ID's in my purse and my boyfriend hadn't heard him (considering he was mid sentence before he just cut him off) and then the manager looked at him and then again "I need to see your ID". I'm completely aware of the laws, which is why we were cooperative and just handed over our ID's. After that was out of the way he continued to have a nasty attitude so we just ended up leaving and not purchasing anything at all even though we actually needed juice but we don't do business with people like that. My 2nd visit there was wonderful. We were greeted by a different manager, he was very energetic, knowledgeable, professional, cracked jokes, and over all delivered an experience that made up for the bad one. We ended up buying a cap and juice and everything! Again I wish I knew their names, but hopefully you'll be able to tell for yourself who actually deserves the title of a manager and who needs to go sit in the corner and think about why he treats people with such a hateful attitude. Anyways! My boyfriend goes for me while I'm at work today cause I needed a new pod, and he tries out a new juice that different brand and everything and it tasted awful, like chemicals actually. This was as soon as he got it and so he goes back to return or exchange... and that same hateful manager from earlier in the story, tells him that he's not taking the juice back or exchanging it or anything and my boyfriend has been going through them for a while. Be warned. I hope your not unfortunate enough to go there and have to deal with this pathetic excuse for a manager. read more
