This could have been my new go-to spot for vapes since I prefer the geek bars for flavor and consistency and they have an amazing selection to choose from at great prices; however, my very first visit the young lady working that day was very disinterested in the sale, discussing options, attempting any up-sales or talking much at all. When I mentioned it was my first visit, she didn't say anything about any types of rewards or points programs they offer. I only noticed they happen to have one when I was paying at the POS system. Missed opportunity for a dedicated customer. First impressions mean a LOT. read more
