Twin Peaks Heating has been nothing short of fantastic. We've lived in our home for nearly five years and have had four service calls. Each time, TPH has come out promptly, making us feel like a priority while ensuring both our heating and cooling systems were working properly. Our average cost for these repairs has been $0.00. Granted, the home was new construction and the furnace was installed by TPH, but I'm truly impressed that they not only stand behind the equipment they install, but also deliver such a high level of service. Their professionalism and commitment to customer care have exceeded our expectations.

If you have had siding installed from Elk River Exteriors beware. You may have been told there is…read morea warranty on it. They do not warranty due to their faulty installation. This is a complaint for siding issue that I filed with the installer July 28th of 2022 for what are called nail pops on my siding. They are visible on three sides of the house. East, West, and South. No nail pops on the North side of the house. When I contacted the installer, they told me that I needed to file a warranty claim against the maker of the siding. (I also sent Elk River exterior photos of the siding.) Elk River Exterior claimed it was a problem with the siding. So I filled out a warranty form and sent pictures to the manufacturer (PLY GEM). Also the owner of Elk River Exterior came and took pictures of the problem and sent to Ply Gem. After much time of going back and forth with the manufacture (Ply Gem) and the Installer (Elk River Exteriors), the manufacture of the siding (Ply Gem) finally sent a Technical Service Representative to inspect the siding in April. His response to the (Nail Pops) was found to be the direct result of improper installation techniques or practices. Some of the discrepancies noted but not limited to include *Nailing at end of nail slots *Nails protruding * Nails from nail hem causing heat buildup/water retention between the panel and fastener. * Nailed to tight, nails at opposite ends of nails, and /or panels that were not given proper clearance to expand as temperatures varied. Ply Gem encouraged us to contact the company that installed siding. But Elk River Exteriors still insist that it is a manufacturing issue with the siding and as of June 19th, 2023 I received a voicemail from the Owner of Elk River Exterior that they will not be correcting the issue.

Suspected the sudden…read morelow pressure was the result of a recirculating pump I've had for years and then looked at a leaking boiler suggesting a it needs to refill the glycol and replace parts at a high quote of $1200 for the boiler and another $350+ to install a recirculating pump if I bought it. Their diagnosis was wrong. The actual cost for the repair to fix the water pressure was $0 as the cause was calcification I fixed and the boiler only needed a replacement valve as the system is set up to replenish the water supply.

We built a new home that was completed in late 2013. We have a driveway that is a combination of…read morepavers and asphalt. Metro Paving was the subcontractor for the asphalt portion of the drive. When they put the original asphalt down, it did not appear to be right. We did not drive on it for more than five days. As soon as we began using the drive, it began to get markings and divots. To this day (especially on a warm day) if someone turns his wheels while on the asphalt surface it leaves a large divot in the black top portion. In addition, the drive does not drain appropriately. There are places where rain and water pools rather than running off the drive as per the plans. Metro returned one time and tried to patch the low spots. They said that it can take more than a year for a driveway to set up and that the large divots were normal in a new drive. Our General Contractor, Stonewood, is the one who officially contracted with Metro. We have been in contact with Stonewood and with Metro several times. At this point we have had no recent responses and the driveway continues to be a problem. I would not recommend Metro based on our experience.
