After only 5 years a wall was buckling and that area of the floor was sinking. They quickly diagnosed that this was due to insufficient drainage. The recommendation was to rebuild the wall, add drainage and level the flooring. Other contractors wanted to basically rebuild the entire patio which would have been overkill. They right sized my project and priced their work fairly. My kitchen overlooks the area they were working. So throughout the day I could see their diligence and attention to detail. It was quite a task, especially the removal of the original adhesive but the were total pros. I was apprehensive as to how using what was there would work out but it turned out as good as new and I could not be happier! I can already see being a repeat customer!

We hired them to perform some repairs on our patio and then seal it. The issues are mainly with the appearance of some of the brick pavers after they sealed the patio. They are now dis-colored, which they were not before they began. I complained right away after the sealer dried and the owner, Brian, sent one of his guys to look at our patio the next day. He came back the following day and applied another coat of sealant. That helped, but it did not really resolve the mis-matched colors that were clearly visible. I complained again and they sent a rep from Unilock to look at them. The fact that they sent people over multiple times over the course of a week demonstrates they acknowledge there was a problem. In the end, the owner refused to do anything else for us. He would not fix the issues. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Over about a month's time, we went back and forth trying to agree on how he could fix the issues. I offered him three options to do so. In the end, he would not fix the issues. He stated he would not guarantee his work. So, I would not recommend this company for anything. Not only did they perform poor work, they won't stand behind it. We're now having to hire another company to come out and repair the faulty work County Wide did.

I told him the day he cashed it and I have proof from the bank but he never refunded the money to me and I never heard back from him. Subsequent calls and emails were ignored.
