Foolishly we trusted him and gave him the down payment. He set 2 dates to do the work and he didn't show either time, wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. Finally in a cowardly fashion he sent my wife a text stating he was keeping the down payment and would not being doing the job, he also stated because he's an LLC he had the right to steal our money and there was nothing we could do about it. Matt not only responded to my initial email quickly, but within 2 weeks of that contact they had removed two of our trees, trimmed two others, and removed the stumps. He also gave us advice on where we should not plant the replacement trees. Triatik's Tree Service gets 5 stars for everything from initial contact to final clean up. They have every piece of equipment needed, so there's no waiting on rental items - which is the downfall for many other tree services. They did their best to avoid damage to my lawn, and did a great job cleaning up after downing 13 trees on my property. Bob kept me informed during the entire job, so there were no surprises. He explained the work that needed to be done while keeping our thoughts in mind. We thought his estimate was a good price, so we set up a date. He kept in touch while we worked around the weather.
