The guy really packs in the food so for $12 a box it's def worth if you're in a time crunch and want a filling vegetarian meal. To order, order at the counter, pay at the cashier, and bring back your receipt to collect your food. The food is mildly seasoned and not super oily which I love - I def go home to add hot sauce/red chili flakes at home though. After I got the food I walked around the store to look around. Not sure about the fresh produce, but the dairy section is sooo pricy compared to what I'm used to at Trader Joe's for things like organic milk or non-dairy yogurt. I get that it's a small business but for the amount and speed my household consumes dairy, we got to go for Trader Joe's.

He continued yelling at me at that point he was very Hostile as if he was going to physically touch me coming towards me another gentleman that works there had to hold him back which was very uncomfortable and a bit ghetto for me. I thought, as if I was dealing with someone in the street and not in a business establishment I was calm at first, but as he kept going and disrespecting me in front of people, that's when I felt a little bit threatened by the situation. It got propolis, bee pollen, and spirulina so that got me hooked! One bad thing about this store is that the supplements sit high up on the shelves so it's a disadvantage for short people. Manager calls me, says that only one item is actually in stock, and "what we can do for you" is to "let" you pick out other items of "equal or lesser value" instead. Great. He doesn't have what I want, but his idea of a big accommodation is to keep my money and "let" me have things that I don't want, and hey, if they are of "lesser value" that's perfectly fine. Gee, thanks. That's not the bad part. I told him to cancel the order. He said that he would. I thought that we were done. Nope. Moments later I received confirmation that the one item that they did have was "ready for pickup", and I was sent a receipt for I was being charged. Called the store. Same manager proceeded to talk over me and attempt to bully me. I told him that I was filing a chargeback, and I will, if that charge goes through. I'm only writing this review because the same manager was a jerk not once, but two different times. I hate dealing with people like this, and I shouldn't have to. Neither should you.
