Great experience paddleboarding with these guys We were booked for Wed afternoon but because of bad weather Kevin got in touch with me in the morning to cancel and made it very easy to reschedule for the next day. In our group we were all first timers so Kevin gave us a quick lesson of the basics, good enough to handle the day. The guys are really nice and they even offer bottles of water for free! (I had to mention that because I feel eveywhere you go now people want to charge you for everything that is extra). Both Gil and Kevin were awesome! They had so much patience with us newbies. Me and my gf have been on a SUP a couple of times and the tips that Kevin gave us were very helpful. They were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole time we were paddle boarding. Kevin is very experienced and was not only able to answer all the questions we had about improving our technique, but also gave us the reasons why we should or shouldn't do things a certain way. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and will book other tours with as well. One last thing I wanted to add, on the tour we were taken to a few different places. They took us to an island we got to hang out at for a bit, and this is where I decided I really liked this company. Reason being, a girl, who wasn't part of our group, was paddling by us and mentioned to Kevin that the wind was very strong. He asked her if she needed a ride back to the marina, she said yes. Kevin told her he wouldn't charge her and was happy to take her back, because "he wanted to make sure she had a good SUP experience, this way she would have good things to say to her friends about SUP." The pantoon was clean and fit all 15 of us. And the island we visited was nice and clean. The boat ride also had nice views and was enjoyable. They worked with me on pricing as well which was helpful for my budget. I was dissappinted with the service of the 2 captains. They did send messages and emails before hand with rules and directions which were very helpful however, they were not friendly or accommodating the entire trip. When setting up the speakers, my friend couldn't find the bluetooth signal and one of the captains snatched her phone away from her insisting she was not looking right. We were supposed to visit 2 islands and they never asked if we wanted to go to the next one and when we finally asked, we had ran out of time and had to go back. No shoes were allowed and the boat floor was very hot and they didn't put water on it to cool it off until we asked so a couple of us burned our feet. The same thing happened when we went back to the harbor. I was under the impression this was a party boat and the atmosphere the captains created was definitely not for that. If returning to Miami, I would look for another option for a better overall experience. read more

We had a wonderful time on the SUP Sunset Cruise through Star Island. They took us out on their boat, right on time, very clean. The instruction was clear and thorough, and then they kinda let us do our thing. We were lucky in that we were the only ones on the boat so we had a private tour. My friend and I had a great time paddle boarding yesterday. We lucked out as the group who was supposed to go with us cancelled due to rain (what rain?). So it was just the four of us and we loved every minute. The only issue was I had trouble finding the address to where we had to go. It wasn't in the confirmation email (and yes I double checked, Kevin). But my friend found it on their website. We struggled because we rode bikes there and there were some street closures. Highly recommend! We also saw a dolphin during our tour. They said we may be able to see manatees but it was too windy for that. I also normally get motion sickness on a boat and they took us to a very calm area with little wind to paddle board which made my experience a great one. I just started to feel it at the end of the tour when we went to the manmade beach, but nothing as bad as I normally get. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for months! My sister and I went to Miami in August and decided to go on paddle boarding tour. We opted for the early morning tour so we wouldn't be out in the heat of the day. Our group was very small, about 4 of us total so our guides were able to give us quick instructions and got us out on the water pretty quickly. Professional crew, they take the time to teach each one, I went with them few times and will defiantly come back again and again, they care about environment, they make sure you have everything you need, water to drink, break at the boat if you are tired, they take pictures of you the whole time with your own phone, and send you an edited video, to save your moments and great memories. Do you want to go Paddleboarding in Miami? These guys are the very best and only ones to take you! Very fun, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were taken on a special pantoon boat to Sunrise lake. Very smart of them to do this because you are not learning at a marina, with boats and jet skies flying by you causing all sorts of waves. The lake is quiet and Kevin takes his time to really teach you the right techniques. Unlike other fly-by-night operations these guys are passionate about the sport, you even get to use their special inflateable boards that have awesome rubber attached linings so you don't get scratched up and can get a great grip. Water and life jackets are provided as well. Just one word of caution, when you get to the area make sure to look for them at the pier of the Maurice Gibb Memorial Park in front of the police station. There are a lot of shady characters trying to lure you in to their bussinesses in this corner, they are shams, don't do it! While my wife and I were in Miami for our honey moon, we really wanted to try paddle boarding and these guys really showed us a good time. They took us to a really chill spot off Star Island to learn to paddle board while checking out the ridiculous houses built on these set of islands. We went on the 5-7pm trip, which was great because we got to see the sunset over the Biscayne Bay.
