When I arrived, I was given the key fob and told to enjoy the test drive. Once I returned, I was informed by Brandon they had received my banks preapproval the day before and he felt Toyota could give me a better offer, and it turned out that he was right. 2 % lower as well as several rebates. There was absolutely no pressure! He answered every question without adding any sales pitch, just answered my questions honestly. Financing was just as easy, Justin answered our questions and did not push any "upsale" items on us. My wife and I drove off the lot feeling completely satisfied. Upon receiving my keys and with the shop manager explaining the oil change and tire rotation was serviced on my Denali truck- I personally went to inspect and identified that the tires I marked had not been rotated. I went back to the office to inform the shop manager and I've even played it off as if I had no clue about the maintenance requirements for my truck just to test how he'd respond. Sure enough- to save face- he informed me that Mid Missouri Motor (MMM) service department measures the tire tread and had determined my tires didn't need rotating. How unprofessional that I pay for a service that I didn't receive and to suggest that was appropriate. Additionally, the technician failed to place a paper floor mat to protect the Denali carpet. Vehicle was returned with caked on mud left on my carpet. I will be posting a review of MMM on Yelp, Google and the official GM Twitter account to inform everyone to stay away from MMM service department and how they mistreat service members actively serving in the Army.
