This time, I hit a deer and geico set me back up with them again. Went to drop off my car and the lady that was reviewing the damage was like it would take a minimum of two weeks possibly but we'll keep you updated. Then they set me up with a rental, thankfully and I was on my way. About a few hours later, they called to inform me I need to come pick up my car by 5:30 and return the rental because they declined to fix the vehicle. As I'm very confused, I asked why and all they said was due to a previous failed repair on the fender. I informed them I have had no repairs on the car since I've purchased it in 2020 besides when they worked on it in 2023. The lady was like well someone tried to repair it at some point and it failed. Mind you all... I hit a deer. It's like that part got thrown out the window completely. Then she just kept dismissing my confusion and said come get your car and return the rental or you'll be charged for it. I went to enterprise to drop the rental off they were surprised and said they didn't receive any message about me having to bring it back. Thankfully they gave me a ride back to caliber. When I arrived they legit handed over my keys without checking for ID or anything. And didn't give me no paperwork or estimate to have it looked elsewhere. Just honestly a completely lack of care in my opinion. Will never return to them. Your job is to fix the car... can't even do that.

I live up near Raleigh but work down in Fayetteville and called this location because Raleigh and Fuquay couldn't get me in for awhile and this was way easier to coordinate to drop it on my way to work. They were able to fit me in quickly and they work brilliantly with the Enterprise a block away so my rental experience was seamless. I've had Caliber repairs on former cars at the Wake Forest, NC location with good experiences and this location was no different. Tim was excellent! Kept me updated on my repair and got me back in my Mustang faster than expected. The repair was flawless and you can't even tell that someone hit me! Everyone was super friendly at this location even though they're always extremely busy!! SO happy to have my car back and EXTREMELY pleased with my repair and the team at Caliber. Highly recommend if you have to get bodywork done.

I took my almost brand new car here back in the beginning of August 2022 after someone rear ended me that was not my fault (2021 IS 350 F Sport Lexus). I had spoke with my insurance company who suggested two different places, however, these particular places were not taking anyone due them being so swamped because of COVID and parts being on back order. So I send my car here. Mind you, this place kept my car for THREE MONTHS! I never got it back until November. I never complained to them because I knew everything was on back order. Fast forward to the end of June 2024. I noticed my paint is starting to chip (please see pics). If someone does a good paint job, there is no way it should be chipping within a year and 8 months! I kindly call up East Coast to let them know my paint is chipping and the lady has the nerve to tell they would likely not fix it for free because it was likely from debri. No ma'am it is not! She then said she had not been in the office the whole week because she was trying to retire and I could bring it in the following week sometime. First off, why are you trying to make me feel bad about you retiring for the faulty paint job you all did?!? So I brought it in on Tuesday July 2,2024 around 1130. No one is there. I call and the lady says the man is out going to get some supplies and should be back in an hour. I left returned at 1 pm. Still no one there. I left again. I came back to East Coast two more times and even by 230pm no one was there! I proceeded to call my insurance company who said they would reach out to her to see if she would get in contact with me to fix it and the lady has yet to call me. I even called the insurance company again today to clarify and see if they had reached out to her. They said they had, but again, she has not called me at all. I took my car to someone else and the guy working there actually pointed out other faulty things they had done that I never even noticed when I picked my car up in November 2022. Probably because I was just so happy to have it back after 3 months! See pics below! The paint on the back is running. The rear end on the side that was hit is not even lined up correctly! Smh. They had my car THREE MONTHS! And still did a crappy job! Now I got to pay out of pocket over 1000$ to get all of this fixed. I wouldn't go to them EVER AGAIN

On Monday morning I dropped the car off (only one person was there and he did not know that my car was scheduled for drop off and I had to walk around the lot to find him). No one contacted me for updates so on Thursday I stopped by to check on the progress and nothing had been done. Nothing. Also, the same guy was again the only one at the shop and said he wasn't sure what was going on because he wasn't the paint guy. I'm beyond disappointed. I was looking forward to a nice result based on earlier reviews.

As much as I hate writing bad reviews I have to do it to save people time and money, I gave them…read moremultiple chances to do a good job but it's just getting worse and worse So basically what happened was they gave me a date on when the vehicle will be finished, to be exact they gave me 8 days and that turned into weeks of "it'll be ready by then" and when I finally got the car back, car was still messed up, paint was so trash, they just painted over something that needed to be filled in and alignment was so bad, ofc I had to bring it back again and that again took weeks and then I got the car back again and it's still messed up, alignment was a bit better but it's whatever at this point and the paint was still trash, don't know how to put a filler in, debris under the paint and you can tell there was no primer under, brought it back again to get it corrected and still, not good, paint chipped got painted over, pillar started rusting due to bad filling, there's over spray, color does not match, and paint not smooth. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
