However, recently I signed up for notifications in the app on my phone and in my notifications bar, it'll mention a story you touch. That story, it takes you to Ken's 5, and it doesn't take you to the story that you clicked on so basically you open up the app, and there's just a bunch of kens, 5 can's 5 kins, 5 kins, 5 photos. And that's it, you have to go searching for the story if you want to find it also the other day. Ken's 5 would just go on and on and on and on and on about how it was cold outside, while there was some significant news happening on their app and I couldn't get the app to stream to my T. V, so I'm sitting there stuck with my TV on Ken's 5 talking about the weather over and over and over again, while on my phone, there was very significant national breaking news. That I really, really, really wanted to watch so I don't know what the synchronizing issue is. Or I mean, don't send me a notification about a story if I can't click on it and read it. And I'm not all that technologically great but when you click on something you'd hope it would take you to the thing you clicked on. Anyway. That was just my experience recently, I've been very frustrated and Not knowing if any of the other channels are any better since that's what brought me to ken's five in the first place was the fact that they had a better app on the roku. Despite the fact that their historic studio was torn down the new location is museumesque with artifacts, trophies and historic photos in the lobby. I'm glad to see them pay respect to their legacy as the first Spanish-language tv station in the country. The studio itself is large and bright with a nice set featuring downtown buildings for a background. Kudos to the interior designers for the earth tones and bright color pallet. This place is a nice upgrade and the station continues to support the local community by featuring local organizations in a positive light and promoting our hard work.

KLRN relies on viewers like you for their funding, and doesn't display any commercials. KLRN gives non-biased news and a whole host of programming for all ages. Keep an eye out for their annual Blazing Gavels event. It's a fund raiser to help support their great programming. They auction off a whole long list of prizes for a wonderful cause.

I would love to give this station a wonderful recommendation, but I can't. They've got some…read moreexcellent programs, but their tech and member support is just not there for their customers, which can get really frustrating. It took 5 days for me to get help with getting my account and app up and running. They don't return phone calls, or promptly, if they do. It can be days before they call you back, and they are only available M-F, until 5 pm. Have a problem in the early evening and you'll wait until the next day. Problems on Friday or over the weekend, and you'll be on your own until Monday or the next working day, longer if you're having to leave messages. As for the programs, they're wonderful, but there's an undetermined amount of time (30 sec to over a minute) of a frozen screen for the ad before it begins. It's really annoying, and they "don't know what's going on with that." They still haven't told me I'd there's an ad-free subscription, but I'm guessing there's not.

Long times with outages go unexplained or unmentioned at billing time. Fees only go up. They lock me into a contract, but get to change the prices at will. They don't mention that you could be just buying your own cable modem at a fraction of the price of what they charge to rent you one. Internet speeds remain slower than my peers', and for television we're getting charged crazy prices for what other people are getting thousands of stations. Ugh. This company used to be Time Warner before they got bought out. They're on my speed dial list, you have to call and check with their automated system to see if the internet is out at your address with some 'temporary outage' that goes largely unexplained.

This man's response was "hey I made $650.00 yesterday more than you." First of all you don't know who we are or how much money we make, is this sort of training that's done to be one of these salesmen? I normally don't get this upset, but you're not going to judge a young lady of color and how much money I make.
