I tried a scoop of salted caramel and a scoop of apple custard, and the apple custard flavor only had one apple piece and no apple flavor overall, and the salted caramel really didn't have much salted caramel flavor. Also, the ice cream that I had tasted freezer-burnt, and my friends that I went with also noticed this issue. I think there were a lot of great ideas and I love the allergy-friendly options, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will not be back. In 2025...? We were unapologetically told by the guy that "don't have a scanner" for it. Funny because King of Prussia didn't scan anything when I ultimately took it there to redeem it; they just input the redemption code, and that worked. No Orange Julius here either, by the way. I'm in no rush to return here. Bummer, really. Hopefully they can boost employee morale or something...
