I received an email receipt immediately with an estimated pick-up time for 10 minutes later. I headed over a few minutes after the estimated time and the woman working there apologized and said that she just then saw the order. She finished helping another customer and then made our bowls. I walked out of there another 10 minutes after the estimate. Not a huge deal, but also, not a five star experience. The bowls and juices were very good however. I'm sure I'll return to try a smoothie or another açaí bowl / juice in the future, but either order in person or just know going in that the online ordering system is not always super accurate. These days I just pick whichever smoothie sounds right in the moment, and it's always good. Cactus iced tea is my favorite, though green tea has been a nice switch... until caffeine reality sets in. JT's Kombucha (maybe)? A solid option. Any juice works. Haven't tried the Italian soda.... didn't even realize it was there until now. Food Favorites Bowls & Wraps: d'Vegan Bowl or Humanitarian Veg Supreme are my staples. I actually prefer the mushroom broth in the other bowl, but both deliver. Southwest Bowl? Yes, but hold the bock-bock (chicken for those not fluent in chicken noises). Burritos: Veggie Burro or Vegan Burro are my go tos now. Back in my meats days, the AZ Burro hit the spot.
