I was buying out of state, but they made the process quite straight forwards and played no silly dealer games, like the ones I've seen here in Florida. No haggling I was told, which was a letdown, but no dealer add-ons or excessive doc fees, so it was okay with me. Shipping was prompt and professional, and they were always there to answer my questions. The reason I don't give a 5 star is because they claimed to not receive my wire--even though they did was which attributed to a "mix-up"--which delayed the process a few days. And the car was shipped with a 1/4 tank of gas. No biggie, but the courtesy would have been appreciated. Happy with my car, it's quite well sorted and I hope to own it for many years to come.
