I like their winch setup to run the targets in & out, I can never remember the distance they have to the back wall though, I think it's more than 50ft. The steel plates look like they're about 12-15yds away, so I would guess the rest of the distance is another 12-15yds to the back wall...maybe. Their prices for range time were quite reasonable. I bought a 10 visit punch card & each visit is good for the day, so that's pretty badass! Oh, 10 visits for $65 & some change, it was 10 days ago, so don't quote me on that price. Ammo prices weren't bad, but I like to shop for discounts or buy in bulk to avoid wasting my money. I didn't overpay for a spare magazine & a speed loader, but better to spend it there & have it in hand than wait the 2 days for an Amazon delivery in my opinion. They sell ear & eye protection, targets of different sizes & silhouettes, Free condoms offered in the bathroom...don't mind if I do!! Haha (always Check Free condoms for pinholes!!) I had never shot steel target plates before, that was cool. I was practicing from the draw & I'm confident that if I had to defend myself I could hit my approaching target without any collateral damage. Oogity Boogity!! Get some!! Only reason they aren't 5 stars is because of the ventilation, I could taste the sweetness of the lead on my tongue & in my nose, not ideal. The lanes are a little narrow as well, by that I mean the partitions that designate a lane are narrow. This lead to quite a few spent shells bouncing off of the wooden partition & actually burning me. Both happened while shooting the rifle, unfortunately I was wearing a face mask & a hot piece of brass nestled perfectly on top of it below my right eye on my cheek! No a good hurt, but a good reminder that brass is HOT!!

With more expensive firearms all around him, he proceeded to explain why the rifle was the best value for the money. Offered to outfit it with rings and a scope when he got it in for no extra charge. Second day of season shot a beautiful doe at 150yds. I am saving to get my son one for next year. I doubt I will ever buy a firearm anywhere else. There is no way you can put a value on trust.

She's got a variety of old beer stuff- brewery clocks, mirrored signs, neon signs old mugs and the like. Much of her stuff is old advertising memorabilia that someone seemingly had socked away. My favorite section was the belt buckles- she's got so many different John Deere belt buckles! The toys were lots of fun, and it's more of a memorabilia and nostalgia kinda place than a place to go to pawn your welding gun or torque wrench. It was really a big shop, and it seems that Nancy has the room to pack away a lot more inventory! She even has an area of the shop devoted to giant statues! She's got it all. Unfortunately, I wasn't pawning anything. This looks like a reputable place, not a place to come and "see what you've been missing." I'd be happy to pawn my neon sign here! Parking was easy along the street. Nancy herself was in the shop. She was friendly and welcoming!

Fairfield's stone, crystal, and gem dealer! This is a cool…read moreshop right on the Fairfield town square! It's a neat Native American store with lots of stuff from lots of tribes across the Midwest and Southwest. I'm originally from New Mexico, so I could recognize a lot of the Navajo and Hopi designs that they had around the store. They carried a lot of drums, dream catchers, and other tribal goods. When I went, there was a guy shopping for drums, and I was impressed to see their selection of tribal drums that they had to offer the guy! The offer lots in the way of stones. The shop has even made little placards that explain the healing powers of each stone. If you have certain maladies, you can get a crystal to put on your chakras to alleviate the problem. The selection is amazing. Whatever your problem is, they have a beautiful stone to cure it. Even if you're not into the stones as a healing mindset, it's still a really cool rock shop with beautiful specimens of lots of wonderful stones at quite reasonable prices, and so what if they'll also cure your migraines! They also have incense, smudges, and herbs. Parking can be a bit challenging, since it's right on the busy square. They have a friendly little dog that'll greet you at the door, he's cute!

The love,…read moreintegrity and knowledge they possess on Native American lineage makes me want to sit at their feet and listen to the Lakota history explained by their storytelling skills for hours at a time. Plus there is no place better to receive love, hugs and lickies than from the two "little girls." Every time I enter the store I find "gems" for my heart and soul.
