Anyways, after removing my tank, and even my own personal hose from the line to the regulator i have yet to receive our agreed upon credit. After calling I was told that they had no recollection of our deal... Beware of shady business practices such as this from Reliable Propane. I called again, and their agent confirmed that they had processed the refund, and I should contact my bank. I did, and my bank couldn't find any attempt at a refund. I called Rinker back, and they informed me that because the purchase "fell under a different pay period" that they couldn't process the refund. Why lie to me in the first place? If the previous agent was incorrect, they should have called me when they realized the mistake instead of leaving me to pester my bank about it. When I told him I had reserved it until 4pm, he basically told me there was nothing he could do. So, I ended up losing an hour and 15 minutes off of my total move time. Thankfully, my move was quicker than expected, but still, that was a bad way to start. They also charged me $8.50 for gas when I returned the truck because they said I didn't fill it properly. I knew I was a tiny bit low, but I was not 2 gallons low (they price each gallon at $4.25). Especially after the long wait and the shortened rental time, this just felt really wrong. Pickup trucks are no longer available in our area so I was given a 10' box truck which is $1.09 a mile. The national call number should have known that no pickups (at $.49 ) are offered anymore in our area. The manager from the Sheridan location, called me and refunded half of my mileage costs (163 miles) for the 1-800 mistake. Thank You for that $73. refund that really wasn't your employees mistake.

They are open seven days a week, and everyone else were closed on a Sunday. Plus, most places in town will not fill personal tanks. I will be back again.
