The store is clean and pretty well stocked and they also have clean washrooms for you to use. The 7 11 on Oakwood Ave in Elmira Heights consistently lets their coffee sit out too long causing…read moreit to get cool. I have repeatedly spoken to the staff about this and nothing ever changes. On May 6, I again said something about this to the employee working and once again was simply given the runaround, being told that the coffee "was just made", and "coffee keeps for two hours in the carafes"! It's time to start going somewhere else every day for coffee instead of paying over two dollars a cup for luke warm coffee! Do you people even care that you lose customers left and right because you simply don't care about anything?
