Price quote for parts and labor for work I declined was substantially higher than from the dealership itself. Their lifts used to be always be full, you'd see several cars waiting for service and customers in the waiting room. I was the only person there. I guess I know why now. Overall just very shady.

Being from another country and afraid of being taken advantage of we went to the museum and left our vehicle with Black's for the day. We went back to the garage just before close and they had finished our vehicle and gave us a very reasonable bill making our day seamless and stress free. I've recommended to anyone that has asked to think carefully and take your business somewhere else. I should have the first day when the conversation surrounded him needing to sell as many cars as he could to get more work done on his bar.

My truck was towed only 7 miles and I was charged $1,726. I was told the rate was $300 per hour, then it was changed to $350 per hour without my approval. I was also told a part costs $120, but they demanded $2,759 to install it. Because of this unreasonable price, I refused the repair and did not authorize any work. Despite this, I was still charged $1,000 in labor, even though no repair work was done. I believe this shop uses misleading statements and pressures customers in difficult situations. I am leaving this review to warn others to be extremely cautious.

Instead my car was here for 8 days due to me being hospitalized for 8 days. These people show zero empathy or sympathy for someone's experience. She claimed my car wouldn't start so I had to pay another 150$ ON TOP of 1200$ to get my car out. When the tow driver dropped it off, I asked him to roll into my driveway and he rudely said " Do it yourself." I said I was told it didn't start, hence why he was towing it and he said it started right up. Id sue these people if I had the time. They are liars and money grubbing low life scum. Definitely will complain to Better Business Bureau though!!
