We arrived in Jamestown late afternoon on a recent Monday, conducted a bit of personal business, then decided to go to dinner. We did not realize that most restaurants roll up (not out) the carpet Mondays. There was simply no place open for a quick dinner. Fortunately we stopped for gas and were pleasantly surprised at that Red Apple was open and able to make some fresh, hot food that fit our needs.
