The experience I had today at the store was beyond disappointing, and the actions of the manager left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and uncomfortable. The manner in which she treated a group of kids, myself included, was completely uncalled for, and the entire ordeal seemed to be fueled by an unjustified sense of authority and hostility. If the goal was to create an uncomfortable and stressful environment, the manager succeeded without question. It is difficult to fathom how anyone in a position of authority could behave in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Upon entering the store, the first issue was that the manager had decided to allow only three kids inside at a time, while the rest of us were left to wait outside. This decision seemed completely unreasonable, and there was no explanation given for the restriction. There were no visible signs or obvious reasons to suggest that limiting the number of people allowed inside was necessary. It made no sense for a group of well-behaved kids to be treated like this, especially when there were no apparent safety concerns or overcrowding issues. The manager's choice to single us out in this manner only heightened the sense of frustration. It was an unnecessary and confusing move, creating an unpleasant atmosphere before we even set foot in the store. As if the situation weren't already uncomfortable enough, things took a much worse turn when the manager started threatening the group. She warned that if more than three kids entered the store, everyone inside would be banned. This threat seemed completely unfounded and was delivered in a manner that could only be described as harsh and condescending. There was no clear rationale behind the warning, and it only served to make the already tense environment even worse. We weren't doing anything wrong, yet we were being punished for no apparent reason. Her words seemed extreme and totally disproportionate to the situation. We were simply kids who wanted to shop, and yet we were being treated like criminals or troublemakers. Her actions were completely over the top, and they added a layer of fear and anxiety to what should have been a casual visit to a retail store. In situations like this, customer service is key, and the manager's failure to provide any sort of decent service or make an effort to de-escalate the tension was glaring. Rather than diffusing the frustration, her actions only added to it, and in doing so, she ensured that the store lost a customer for good. There is simply no excuse for treating people like this. As a result of her behavior, I have no intention of returning to this store, and I would highly advise others to steer clear as well. The unpleasantness of this experience far outweighs any products or services the store could offer. To sum up, the experience was deeply disappointing, and I felt both disrespected and uncomfortable throughout the entire ordeal. There didn't appear to be any valid explanation for singling us out like that, and it created a very frustrating environment for everyone involved. Things took an even worse turn when she started threatening the group. She warned that if more than three kids entered the store, all kids inside would be banned. This made no sense at all and only made the situation more tense. It felt like we were being punished for something that was entirely out of our control. The way she handled everything was far from professional. To top it all off, she even threatened to call the cops on us for simply being inside the store. This was completely over the top and made everyone uncomfortable. It was an awful experience, and honestly, I would never want to return after being treated that way. Deb is a very friendly person. Went there to get subs made. She was quick and asked questions about how we wanted our food. Other times I went there a worker by the name of Abby I believe was very slow and not efficient with our order . Will come back just for Deb to make our food read more

Ordered food today. Deb took my order and cashed me out asked if I had a Crosby reward which I always forget to put in for my points. Very friendly and polite. read more
