i recently visited the redditch branch of kwik fit to have an MOT carried out. i have recently lost my father who used to sort this kind of thing out for me, so thinking kwik fit are a "reliable" brand i went down there and had my MOT which they say it failed something to do with the brakes. so i took it in a couple days later to get diagnostics run on my car. this was monday, i dropped it in at 10am and didnt hear a thing from them all day, i then called them tuesday morning to find out what was going on with my car, i was told that they had to order a part in, and that it would be in by the afternoon and they would be able to fit it so i went down before the end of shop and it hadnt been done as they had ordered the wrong part, the same thing happened on wednesday and by thursday i had had enough. i took my car to another garage who found nothing wrong with my car at all and all that needed doing was adjusting something. so i paid for an mot that failed my car for no good reason. i feel so mistreated. i will never be going there again and i definately will not be recommending them to ANYONE read more
