They did a good job and had quick service! Not bad pricing either! Would come back again!

I took my 2019 Ford F-350 diesel into Kwik Kar for an oil change and fuel filter change...Before they started, I ask how much they charge, He said it was $30.00 for the oil Change. He didn't mention the cost of changing the Fuel Filters...but I had Never payed more than $30.00 to change the fuel filters. The Truck Has 2 Fuel Filters...One takes about 2 minutes to change, the other takes 3 minutes... When they were finished, I was handed a Bill for $113.00...They charged $90.00 to change the fuel filters!! Also, everyone that worked there was as Unpleasant as the next! Everything was an Imposition to them! They hate their jobs and it Shows'!!! The all had the personalities of Dead Fish!!! I had good service from Kwik Kar shops in the Dallas/Fort Worth area stores, That's why I went to Kwik Kar; I'll "Never" Go back to ANY Kwik Kar. I also called the regional Manager, He had the same Dead Fish personalities as his employees!!! DONE WITH KWIK KAR!!!! read more

After getting oil changed I noticed oil spot in driveway. No big deal I thought so I got under car to tighten plug only to find that the access cover under the oil filter was missing. The plug would not stop leaking also. I returned to Kwik Kar and was told that my car had no oil filter access cover when I had the oil changed. I did not believe the mechanic so I looked into the cellar where the oil is drained. There in the garbage can was the cover. He replied that this was not my cover and demonstrated it by placing it next to the opening. Frustrated, I took the cover, turned it over and installed it. To their credit, the manager replaced the drain plug gasket which solved that problem. The manager knew about the cover but did not seem concerned. I feel this cover was purposefully left off and I was lied to. I will no longer use them for oil change service. read more

Took our van for inspection didn't pass apparently emergency brake was not up to their standards svc sucks rude and very smart pants short white with a big chip on he's shoulders I wouldn't recommend for inspection unless you drive a 2024 vehicle read more

Shameful scammers!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICL HERE! The inspector (short-husky white male, grown out buzz cut, wearing a black t-shirt and long black shorts) approaches with no introduction and says "guess what? Your emergency brake won't work watch this". (I thought... how do you know?) He gets in the driver's seat takes it out of park, puts it in drive, puts his foot on the emergency brake and floors the gas. The vehicle shifted but didn't move (I had it parked at the curb facing Family Dollar. He hopped out and says "Told you. You need your whole brake system rebuilt". He proceeded to pop my hood and look at my head lights. He pulled a screwdriver from his pocket and proceeds to disassemble my headlights and marker lights. Mind you they are automatically on. This whole time he is doing his best to convince me to allow him to rebuild the brake system. I asked him to put my head lamps back together and to step away from my vehicle. It is a shame that this type of corruption is happening in our town. Thankfully I took my vehicle to an established inspector and had No issues. read more
