A technician walked out…read morewithin just a minute and offered everyone in the car, me and two of my children, a bottle of water or can soda. He then told me it would be about 15 minutes and how many cars were in front of me. From then until we got into the bay we had multiple technicians come and check on us. Once inside, the two technicians working to get the oil changed were very polite and friendly. We talked about thanksgiving and football. They checked my air filter and offered to change it at a discounted rate. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back for the next change.

I've been there a few times now and its very nice to see the same people working there each time (unlike their competition). The crews are friendly, efficient, and professional. They know what they are doing and even know how to explain it to a layman like me. Something else I like about them is they give a military discount for all active duty and veterans, and it's a big one. For those who haven't served, they also have regular coupons. You stay in your car while they do the work. I don't know if its just five minutes, but its a lot faster than other places I've been. Give them a shot. Like me, you might be glad you did!

Snobby racist service advisors, incompetent technicians & "stealership" prices…read more I had a engine come on and a weird grinding sound on the front end of my SUV. I went to Wiesner for what I thought was a simple thing like breaks and rotors. Once there, a blonde service writer in some gawd-awful yoga pants told me that I would need a timing chain, belts, cam shaft, solenoids... The first estimate was $3600. Went back to check on it after the mechanic says they did a multi point inspection and the estimate was $2800. Thought they would fix it for that price then I was told it was $3500 for the repairs. When I picked it up they wanted to add another $1000 repair for the front hub and bearings because they said it was making a grinding noise. That's what I wanted fixed but they told me it was all of the other repairs!!!!!!!!! I'm not being a petty complainer here but when I asked questions about parts and the repairs they couldn't explain it to me. EPIC FAIL for customer service. RECAP on the RECAP: Snobby service advisors, incompetent technicians & "stealership" prices. Go somewhere else!!!

This is the first one that I have been to in Huntsville where someone actually greets you in the parking lot as soon as you pull up and offers to help you, without making you feel like you are wasting their time if your not ready to buy right then. Christian was our sales person. He was so nice and helpful. He did not use high pressure sales tactics at all, and he was just as helpful when we were unsure about whether or not we wanted to buy as he was once we decided to make the purchase. He was very accommodating and he made the whole process very simple. Lamar was our finance manager was just as helpful. He really explained the different packages available, again we went in thinking we didn't want anything extra, but he explained everything to us and helped us to see the value in some of the additional options. I really want to highlight how easy, friendly and low pressure the entire process was. I went to look and left with a purchase but at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to convince me or persuade me to make any purchases that I was not comfortable with. After I the purchase was done Christian helped me set up my phone with my car and he put the license plates on it for me and made sure everything was ready to go. It was a great first car buying experience...And I love my car!

Just to let yall know I have a Jeep renegade just a basic Jeep renegade. I get there and so far all is fine, we look at a couple cars they have there and go inside and sit down. 2 hours later, yes 2 hours later my car is finally done. They told me they weren't able to do a tire rotation because the "lug nuts were swollen", my boyfriend is some what of a mechanic and he's never heard of that before, and we asked a few other people who also never heard of it. I go to pay for the oil change because that is all they did and also replaced my bolt on my oil pan (which I knew was stripped and needed a new one.) The total was $164 for a basic oil change on my basic car. I've never heard of that before, I was so stunned. My bf had a diesel and even that truck wasn't that much. But after going home my bf looked at the lug nuts to see if they were "swollen" they in fact were not, just F-ing messed up, looks like they were beating on them. And not only were they beat up, they didn't have the decency to tighten them in. I'm just beyond frustrated with this. And no they never gave me an estimate before going.
