I recently went into Valvoline Express Care in Burleson, TX to get a routine oil change. I had not…read moreyet driven 3 miles after they changed my oil when my car broke down on the side of the freeway. I got my car towed to the dealership to run diagnostics on it. My dealership informed me that the oil was overfilled by about 10 times the amount that is needed. The excess oil had gotten into the other systems of my car which is what caused it to break down. It cost $300 to repair aside from the $41 it cost to get my oil changed in the first place. Luckily I had AAA and did not have to pay for a tow truck. I was able to get my money reimbursed, but it was a huge hassle and I am still dealing with the company to get fully refunded. My car dealership also informed me that there still may be some permanent damage to the car, but I will not know until these issues present themselves.

All of the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. They offer a little extra service for free like checking the air pressure in my tires and checking my air filter. When sitting in my car while they did the service I noticed how clean and organized the place was. I highly recommend Castrol Premium Lube Express in Burleson, Texas. They let my husband know that the oil change wasn't necessary because of the low mileage. Mind blowing. It would have been so easy for them to do what we asked. And bill us for it. But they didn't. They also don't push air filter replacements if you don't need it. So rare. Yes, 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I received very poor in person customer service and the female worker was very rude and snappy over the phone while trying to get clarity on my truck. So i had tl leave work and go see in person to get status of vehicle. Was told that was never looked at (although vehicle was dropped off night prior to get a diagnostic scan). Asked where was my vehicle and another worker came outside to let me know it was at the home depot across from the shop. Parked there. The male staff member went and brought me the truck letting me know they NEVER TOUCHED IT!! this was beyond horrible and will be doing a Google and yelp review because of this.

I believe it is Quality Work, Rodney, the tech that replaced the CV Axle and Wheel Bearing on front was informative and nice.
