She could have just kindly walked up to me and said " hey I'm sorry but all these cars are in line before you and there is no parking so could you come back later?" But no she was super rude about it so I will not be back and will for sure not be giving them my money. They say customer service is dead and honestly they might be right! They've recently added a new mechanic, George, and he is equally friendly and eager to help. He's also got a great skillset brings even more quality to the shop. They've watched my kids grow up and know us all by name. I WAS HERE FOR 1 hour and a half. Never coming back here unfortunately. I personally do not like writing bad reviews for businesses but i want to warn people so they are aware. I went to get an alignment here as it's a local business and wanted to support, however, they did not perform the alignment. Reason for it was bad ball joints. I understand and this is normal procedure and many shops will deny the service for this. But they still decided to want to charge me $80 dollars for "checking the vehicle" the alignment is $120 by the way. After arguing that this was outrageous the lady cordially and correctly did not charge me the $80 dollars.
