Hi everyone! Today I…read morehad to go into Discount Tire. I had a lead around the valve step of one of my horse trailer tires. When the pulled up at 2:00 it was really busy and I expected a long wait! I waited in line to check in, it was only two people, and Brandon helped me. I told him what was wrong and he asked to see the tire. After he confirmed it was a valve stem issue he took the tire into the service area. I was shocked when he took five minutes and changed the valve stem himself. No fuss. No muss! And most surprising NO CHARGE!! There is no way I could have received better service! Thank you Brandon! When I confronted him and asked why I made him so upset he denied it. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to cuss out your customers and then lie about it. At least say it to my face.
