I went through and paid for their top wash with the rim and tire clean and I really can't tell the difference from before I came. My car is still dirty as before I came through. I actually had to clean my rims by hand after coming through and my tires instead of having the tire shine like I paid for they are brown. Don't waste your time or money coming here. read more

The self service bags the pay by card system is glitching I had to swipe like 10 times for it to go through then freaked out. The triple foam doesn't work in one of the bays it just shoots water, the lights are also terrible they are either out or go on and off. replace the bulbs or fix the fixtures. read more

If ZERO STARS was an option I would have chosen that!! I paid $13 for the "typhoon" car wash because I will not bring my car through a car wash that has brushes or cloth. The car had an opportunity to dry while I was vacuuming and it was as if it had never been through the car wash at all. There was still salt and/or sand and fingerprints all over the trunk!!! I went to go knock on the employees only door and even though someone was there he never came out he must've known that I wanted a refund!! HORRIBLE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Totally agree with everyone else. Didn't even wash off the pollen on my car. I'd be better off if I just used a stranger's hose while they weren't home and slipped a $5 under their door. In fact, I might be better off if some neighborhood kids were having a water gun fight and I got briefly caught in the crossfire. read more

After spending 15$ and getting no soap, no wax and a quarter of the power sprayers not working I spoke to an attendant who offered me to go around for another wash in the opposite bay for free. When I did so another car who thought I was just cutting the line was going into the broken car wash. I opened my window to tell him it was broken that's why I had to come around again. Another bald attendant with a bad attitude came out speaking to the other guy and being very derogatory toward me saying "he will cut my F-ing tongue out" For the record I did go out to thank the other attendants and advise them further about their broken wash bay as well that I did not appreciate the comment from the other guy. The two other attendants were very nice. This is poor and he should be fired!! I will be writing a formal complaint to the authorities and the BBB. read more

Horrible. Not only are the machines working roughly 1/2 the time but today, 8/26/18 at about 10am I encountered perhaps the rudest attendant I have ever experienced. I went on 3/3/21 for the automatic wash There was a car in the wash when i got there. I then paid for my car to go through it gave the green arrow to move forward so i pulled in and nothing. No wash nothing just kept telling me to move forward i then printed the receipt tried calling the business. And it went to a full voicemail and hung up. I figured maybe it was because it was 5pm on a wednesday. Just had my vehicle washed in the auto wash section of this carwash. Disgusting. The wash machine itself appears to be held on but nothing but zip ties, and is quite rattling knowing these "arms" could fall off at any time and damage my vehicle. The wash itself was garbage, I choose the $11.00 wash, and the water/soap/ and all other spray nozzles appeared to be clogged and left soap on my vehicle. The dryers didn't touch my vehicle and appear to only make noise. I want my money back. Worst experience ever. read more

For the past several years, I've brought my car to Kwik N Klean with decent results until recently. Within the past year, the equipment in the touch less car wash bays has degenerated to the point where bringing my car into the bay, after paying $14, got me no water, no soap, no nothing. This was only a few months after being treated to a "wash" where soap covered the whole driver's side because the rinse wouldn't work properly. Now, I understand that technicians are scarce here, but it only takes two minutes to line the faulty bay entrance with cones so innocent customers wouldn't be fleeced. Well, it was a $14 lesson. I finally learned not to frequent a business that doesn't give a damn about its customers or its own equipment/technicians (and I am being generous by calling them "technicians"). read more

The vacuum I used was super sucky (?). Had a lot of power. I only gave a 4 star because there were a lot of out of order signs on the vacuums but that could have been due to the social distancing rules. We will definitely be back to clean my car. Handled all the the sand and crap my children bring into the car with ease. read more

This place is horrible, went to wash my car in the drive thur, figured hey just want to get the worst of the grime off. $9.00 for a basic wash, cleaned a little of it off the top surfaces, sides nothing!! Still covered in grime, with the extra added bonus of soap scum too!!! Right didn't clean my car added soap scum cause it didn't rinse the car well at all, and the blow dryer didn't do anything, better off on the highway at 65!! Now I don't expect a full detail from a drive thur wash, but I do expect to at least come out with a reasonably clean car, not a half assed application of soap and water with a poor rinse. I went through the automatic wash today and my car is still really dirty, especially the back end. There are no people around to complain to. The wax foam wasn't working. I wiped the car with a finger across the dirty trunk, and the dirt smudged off. It's not as though it was encrusted on! Will drive further next time to a car wash that washes. read more

What a waste of money! My car is still dirty and now instead of just dust, it has dirty streaks running down the sides. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I have been going to this car wash for several years now since it is the only touch less car wash in the area. Over the past several years it has declined to the point where the owners should be embarrassed to actually charge people money to use it. Half of the time one of the two touch less bays are shut down because it is broken and the other one has next to no water pressure and a dryer that leaves the right side of your car soaked. So basically after paying $12 for a wash that should at least leave my car semi clean and dry, I have to go home and re wash the car by hand to get rid of all the missed dirt and nasty water spots left from air drying. Don't bother wasting your money at this place. read more

After paying $12 dollars for the automatic car wash you can't help but be disappointed when you don't receive what you pay for. For 12 bucks all that you get is a pre soak, side blaster, quick back and fourth spray with the the high pressure wash with no soap and then a rinse. No undercarriage wash, no clear coat protector and no use of soap. It rushes thru the wash. This place takes advantage of its customers and your car leaves without getting clean the sides of my car had streaks as another reviewer showed, this place has definitely gone downhill. read more

Change machine out of order, vending machine ate 4 dollars likely because there's no more change in it since it's the only source of quarters. I'm updating my review. It seems this place is getting worse and worse. Today I came in to wash my car in the self wash stalls. I always favored this place for their ease of use with swiping your ATM card for a wash. I noticed the price has gone up $1 for starters. It's now $6 a swipe. My first swipe had a very unusual waiting period. "Please wait..." And so I did. And some more. Then finally I'm prompted with "Card Not Accepted". Re-swipe again. Same thing. Hmmm ok I'll try another stall. Same issue. Ok let me wipe my card and examine its strip. Looks ok. One more time. Same issue. One more stall down. I try another card on me thinking that maybe my cards strip is no good. That card, same issue accept I have a network busy error. I then tell the worker there about the card readers and he says sorry must be an issue. I go across the street take out cash from the ATM. Go back over to the wash and head for the change machine. It won't take my money I see the flashing out of service light. Great. Went to the machine in the front. Out of service sign on it. Great. Ask the worker for change. Sorry I don't have any sir. Seriously? What is with this place. Drive to the gas station and get change. Finally start washing my car. It wasn't until 3 hours later I noticed that my fail credit card attempts actually DID take money from my accounts. 5 swipes at $6 a piece. I've tried calling and got no answer. Hopefully someone returns my calls about this. And hopefully everyone who was scammed today gets their money back. Time to look for something better in the area. read more

Have been to this car wash several times. VERY inconsistent. Rarely accepts cards. Tonight, again, would not accept my card. Tried another brand new card I didn't plan on using. NOTHING!!!!
