It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". If anyone cleans something well a perfume should never be needed. The truck wasn't dirty otherwise but they didn't clean the cup holder that I had spilled something in the day before. The paint was deeper and reflected clearer. The finish looked flawless from every angle: not a swirl in sight. He had also cleaned the interior, coated the glass, and the wheels (including barrels). If that was all he did I would have been thrilled but.... I then received an in-depth explanation of the steps that were taken, the products used, how to care for it, the additional services (both complimentary and paid) that would be done to maintain the coating, and was given additional product for wash and finish. In addition to quality work I received high quality service! Price was exactly as we agreed and was more than fair for the work performed. Final note about ceramic coating - this is not your father's carnauba wax. Water seems to be completely afraid of the paint and it runs off in sheets. They had rushed through what they had done hoping they could cram it all in. I had to take it home like that because they couldn't finish. THE SEATS WERE SOAKING WET AND I HAD TO SIT ON THEM. They didn't call me to let me know they were behind, or short staffed -- I would have totally rescheduled. THEN I had to take my car to my mechanic the next day because the check engine light came on as I left the car wash. I had to have all the carpets/seats/interior vacuumed and dried out by my mechanic because there was so much soap and water left mold had started to form. They put water under the hood causing damage and the check engine to go off. They even put tire shine on my floor mats which when driving a standard WILL ACTUALLY KILL YOU because it's so slippery. It's also a hit or miss wash - sometimes my car comes out clean, other times it's spotty and I don't know why. There is a beacon of hope: the vacuum system. With the suction power of a vacuum cleaner on steroids, it devours everything. It's the one aspect of The Flash Car Wash that truly sucks... in the best way possible.
