They barely even bothered to vacuum inside, and the outside was covered in dirty marks. I called to get a refund and no one answered the phone. They had rushed through what they had done hoping they could cram it all in. I had to take it home like that because they couldn't finish. THE SEATS WERE SOAKING WET AND I HAD TO SIT ON THEM. They didn't call me to let me know they were behind, or short staffed -- I would have totally rescheduled. THEN I had to take my car to my mechanic the next day because the check engine light came on as I left the car wash. I had to have all the carpets/seats/interior vacuumed and dried out by my mechanic because there was so much soap and water left mold had started to form. They put water under the hood causing damage and the check engine to go off. They even put tire shine on my floor mats which when driving a standard WILL ACTUALLY KILL YOU because it's so slippery. I didn't go back for my card tip because I didn't want to get the worker in trouble. Looks like they get paid minimum wage and the owner steals their tips. Avoid this place like the plaque.
