DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!Greg came out to access humidity in my home. He told me it was because the coils were dirty and quoted me $600 per coil which is on the highest end. He also was there to figure out why the heat wouldn't turn on. He said it was because I had to buy a new Nest system for my wall. I purchased a newer system and he said I had to get the same exact one as he didn't know how to install a new one onto the wall. He said this would fix the issue. The very next day the heat didn't work again. I hired a different company and they found out that the heat kit was broken in the unit and that was the actual cause of the heat not working NOT THE NEST also cleaning the coils wouldn't fix the humidity issue as they said they could being dirty wasn't to the extent that it would cause a humidity problem. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE MADE ME SPEND 500 on his recommendations that did not work! read more

I locked Greg's contact number in my phone as he provided excellent service when my AC needed to be repaired. The last time my AC went out, he told me that my 14-year-old unit needed to be replaced. I have had issues with the new unit he installed. It's been hard to get him on the phone, and I also discovered that he did not pull a permit when he replaced my unit. I have removed his contact information from my phone and will be search for a new AC company to repair a unit that is only one-year old. My AC stopped working back in April on a Friday night. I called numerous places Saturday morning to get a quote and Greg was one of the few that was open and willing to come that same day. Greg came right on time and told me exactly the issue- I needed to replace my entire unit. I wanted a second opinion but that second opinion further confirmed that Greg was the right person for the job. He couldn't come that Sunday because he had to order the AC unit but could come Monday at 8am. This wasn't ideal as it was my birthday but I couldn't live without AC any longer. I called Greg yesterday to come out to repair my AC unit. He told me he couldn't make it that day, but he'd be here after 3 today. I texted him today to confirm he was still coming. He said yes. At 4:30, I texted to see what his ETA would be. No response. I called him. He picked up and mumbled something into the phone and hung up. I texted again and asked if he could please give me an update. No response... 30 minutes later- he said he can't come today. In the meantime, I called Prestige AC. They called me right back and spent time on the phone with me to diagnose my problem. They will be here tomorrow.
