When I arrived I asked another employee about printing something and he told me the lady who works in that area was not there yet. Mind you the store opened at 9:00am and fifteen minutes had passed. I found the manager and asked her if she is who I spoke to and mentioned what I needed help with. She told me the lady is running late so I waited until 9:40am and the woman never arrived. I was surprised the manager did not know how to do this task or seem to be bothered that her employee was extremely late. Another customer shared with me he came in three times in the past few days and the lady was never there to help. This is extremely poor customer service!
