North Platte seemed to have a number of good options but this place turned out to be great - good coffee drinks and our turkey and Swiss paninis were very good. My husband left with our dog after he had eaten to take him to a park and I stayed and took the call from there and it was perfect. You order in a small area with a counter and menu, but there is a large open room next door with lots of tables and seating areas with plants. There is also a seating area outside. My friend told me it used to be an old Napa Auto Parts store and once he said that, the layout of the place made sense. I ordered a Cuban, which was a latte with a blend of cinnamon and brown sugar. When I read that, no other ingredients were needed! It was delicious! It is one of the best coffee drinks I've ever tasted! And the price was quite reasonable too. North Platte is fortunate to have a such a great coffee spot!.
