Turned out, they were taking our line's order at the booth and then making the drink, instead of having someone take their order ahead of time, like the other line. A few cars that got in line about 30 minutes after us got their coffee and left before we even had our order taken. It was so bad that the car that was waiting in front of us angrily drove off when they got to the booth instead of putting in an order. I understand being busy, but only moving through one line is extremely frustrating and rude to the customers in the other line. I will never return to this location, this was infuriating. All of the other locations i've been too have been great about getting you in and out, even when they're busy.

It bothers me when a business is made to look bad because of a select few negative reviews. I'll bet for every bad lashing this place takes, a hundred people drive away satisfied and don't take the time to report it. We were driving through town and decided to stop before hitting the highway. Never been here before but recall seeing the name the day before. The drinks and treats were definitely worth stopping and the customer service was exceptional. I'm sure things go sideways on occasion, but if possible, come back a few times to see if it's typical or a fluke. Based on our stop in NE, we will definitely stop at one of their sister stores in another city.
