We stopped today to have two cylinders refilled and were told by the attendant that she could not fill the tanks for us because they do not have people on staff to do it. I can say that in the same general area there is Center Valley Convenience and they refill propane cylinders during business hours regardless of temperature outside or number of staff on shift. If your going further South, Ace Hardware on Northland in Appleton also refills these during any business hours.

Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help.
