They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Amazon could not do anything without Woodman's help, and Woodman's would not assist us. If my daughter had purchased the gift card directly from Amazon, this likely could have been resolved. Instead, we are out the money. I understand that gift cards are like cash, but in this case we had the original receipt, acted quickly, and only needed help retrieving information that Woodman's should have access to. It was very disappointing to feel completely dismissed over a $35 gift card. Because of this experience, I would recommend buying gift cards directly from the actual retailer instead of Woodman's. They lost loyal customers over a situation where someone could have at least tried to help.

Living near by I've walked and filled up gas at this one one 3 times. Mostly only due to convenience and never had a good experience! The gas pumps are absurdly slow! I've said something about it and the cashier totally denied such thing and implied I was doing something wrong like not holding the handle all the way down. All the people working there are just rude rude and rude! I came in to buy some snacks and use the rest room. As soon as I walk in I notice a lady mopping. There is no hello but a stern voice telling me where specifically to walk. Then unbeknownst to me I managed to step on part of her previously mopped floor before I realized and she tossed her arms down, sighed dramatically, and rolled her eyes. Rude!!! If you ever question a price on anything when it clearly says one amount but rings up another before tax they will do nothing about it. Will say they don't know and continue on. One particular lady also won't let you hand her anything. You must put it down on the counter then she'll pick up the coins and count them one by one. Honestly, the only good thing about this station is the well kept bathroom. Can't wait for everyone else in the area to figure out how awful this place is and it be closed down!
