Two of my kids had to use the bathroom on the walk back, and just couldn't wait until we got to the apartments. So we stopped by the Outpost, (I go there 2-3 times a week) while they went to the bathroom I grabbed a few things I needed and paid for them at the register, the dude that checked me out seemed really mad, I just figured it's the end of the day and didn't take it personally and waited for my girls while they were using the restroom. Then out of no where I hear the guy yell about how they are probably messing up what he'd cleaned, not subtle, not quit, loud enough to make my son feel like he needed to leave the gas station, before the girls were done. These girls are 7 and 9 by the way. He waited till they got out, to come inside from a cigarette break where he kept mean mugging acting like we were being inconsiderate or rude, the girls just couldn't wait to go to the bathroom, what parent would want there child to wet/poop there pants if there is a bathroom not far from where we are? It's not like we aren't paying customers, actually the opposite, we go there few times a week to buy this or that. Every time this guy is working he's rude, it didn't bother me until today, when he was throwing a fit about kids using the bathroom. this was around 7:10 (50 minutes before the shell closes and we left before 7:30), it wasn't even like we came in 5 minutes before they closed. He's the only worker there I've ever interacted with this rude, and I recall my 7 year old asking for an application from this worker, to give to her Aunt when she was looking for a job, she explained why she was collecting the application and the guy told her no that she needed to come in herself. Again she's 7 and he was just rude about that as well. I'm not sure if this worker is racist, or just hates children, but either way it's terrible customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR CHILDREN INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

If it weren't for limited options and convenience of location, I am not sure this would be my gas…read morestation. The last two visits, just really poor customer service. The first by time I paid for my car wash with cash and the machine didn't have change and it provided me with a receipt to go inside (what I was trying to avoid) to get my change, you'd think i was asking the world to get my change. Then the next trip, I was about to put my card in to pay and it sounded like "you can't pay outside." So I ventured inside. The kid was annoyed I came inside ... seriously a bad attitude.

This place has gone down hill ever since Circle K bought them. From unskilled management to…read moreincompetent workers. Don't waste your time here, go to Kwik Trip. Their management is much better and they say things like "thank you" and "please come again. This Holiday has terrible customer service. No wonder they have very low ratings.

Extremely frustrating. Going out of town speedway is the last gas station. The hours are 6 am to 11…read morepm. They're not open at 630. So have to go all the way across town to fill up. Now I'm gonna be late because people can't do their job. I know that after the new area manager Sam took over her lack of leadership and willingness to help caused the manger and other employees to quit. Maybe corporate needs to take a look at how that one person is destroying a store that had become a place people could depend on, but not now.
