My favorite place to eat in Hutch! They have great service, are always quick, even at the busiest time, and have some dang good food. I LOVE the onion rings! I also love the fish dinner, with extra tartar sauce, cause it's literally the best tartar sauce I've ever had and I always ask for extra. The fact that they have the "shack" open some of the time to move the cars through faster, is such a great and efficient service. Keep up the good work, y'all! read more

I'm pasting this review from tellculvers.com because I think more people should see it. Custard was scrumptious, albeit a little melted. It took a while to receive my order-- noticeably longer than usual. Employees were apologetic and polite when I received my food, though. It was extremely busy when I came in. The drive thru was wrapped around the store and the parking lot was nearly full. I'm concerned that there may not have been enough staff. All team members seemed extremely tense, they were all walking very quickly, rushing from one thing to the next. This, plus the very long waiting time (25 minutes for just a concrete mixer :( ), leads me to believe that there were not enough staff on the job. This isn't the first time I've seen the place seem understaffed. I've been in the restaurant and seen a staff member preparing food, delivering in the drive thru, and taking out the trash all within a short span of time. Are there not enough people to cover all of these jobs? Please consider increasing the amount of staff working there. This visit was really concerning. The workers are simply stretched too thin to handle these super busy times, I could visibly see how stressed they all were. I have great respect for the people working there. It's a hard job. It can NOT be good to have staff members working this intensely. Schedule more people. read more

At my usual Culver's, there is often something missing from our order, but at a different one we went to, we ordered two butter burgers and both were forgotten. We told them and they gave us two, but they were completely wrong. Then, our pretzel bites were way too salted and we were not given forks for the salads. On top of this, the employees did not seem happy to be there or willing to help. read more

Love this place used to go here every Sunday after church. Never had any major problems and always very good food and management.

I was on my way to the nearby lumber shop when the rain started. I turned into the Culver's parking lot and rushed inside. Decided to try their frozen custard flavor-of-the-day. So good. But even better was the way every single staff member treated me and everyone else. The food is good, the service is even better. And I'm NOT a fast-food guy. read more

Among the fast food restaurants in town, I would say that Culver,s is my favorite. Everything is made fresh and everything tastes good. I really love the frozen custard and their chicken strips. There is a new frozen custard flavor that you can try everyday, which is a really awesome deal during the summer. If there is one thing that needs improvement though, it's the fountain machine. It's usually out of ice and seems like it needs some deep cleaning. The floors in that area always seem to be sticky. read more

I went to Culver's over a week ago for lunch & ordered a fish value basket no salt on the fries my husband ordered a double cheeseburger basket & my daughter had the 4 piece chicken tenders basket . When I got my food my fries had salt on them I could feel it on my fingers I can't have any salt because it can cause my fingers to swell up & raise my blood pressure . I brought the fries up to the first register where I ordered it was a older woman doing the counter & explained to her my fries had salt & she immediately started arguing with me stating they had no salt on them & I told her again they most definitely did she told the guy that was doing the fries to make another batch no salt then proceeded to turn around & tell one of the drive thru employees that I was complaining about salt when there wasn't any & being very rude . When I got my second batch of fries again salt I could wipe it off with my fingers . I decided just to eat them because it wasn't worth going up to deal with the rude employee again ! My husbands burger was also very over seasoned but we didn't dare complain !! Having fast food experience I know how to make no salt fries & these were definitely not the no salt !! I've never had issues with Culver's until that visit the dining room wasn't busy drive thru was very busy . I'm not sure what happened but it makes me not want to go back & est there again !!! My family loves being surprised by the daily concrete mixer specials, and my dogs love the doggie sundaes! Their cheese curds are the best I've had, and their burgers seem much healthier and higher quality than the those from the national fast food chains. At the edge of town, we stopped here before heading back to Iowa. This will always have a special place in my heart. I usually go for the cod fish sandwich but went for the chicken berry salad. Reminded me alot of Wendy's so decided to add a mango shake to it. Pretty healthy and tasty pairing. Next time, I will definitely go for the cod fish sandwich. read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling through the area. Service was good and food tasty. Fries were especially good. There are no Culver's near our home, so it is a treat to be able to enjoy a meal at one of their locations. Our family will stop again when in the area. read more
