The point is they make what would be a 4 minute task turn into an hours long event. I've taken my entire family's prescriptions from their "service" and gone to another provider.

Then I come back 40 mins later and the guy is like, "oh yea it's still in process, come back in like 30." I said, "There's no way, I was just here and she said come back in 20. It's been 50 mins." He said, "oh ok you've been here already just stay here and I'll work on it." Mind you, it's for an inhaler. I also ate my whole pizza while waiting. I'm not impressed and will definitely be calling their corporate office because what do you mean I have to wait this long and keep coming back? Ain't nobody got time for this.
