Back patio sunk as well as porch roof fell 2 inches because they do not put piers under the columns that hold the roof up we had to hire a professional to fix it ourselves because they would not take responsibility. Doorways not installed correctly, plumbing issues the list goes on. Paul Haddix showed up late to our closing looking disheveled, refused to look at us then refused to sign the 60 item punch list, claimed he had never seen it before?
