This was a superb experience overall. We worked with a few members of the Oser family to facilitate our flooring project over the course of a few months following some unexpected expenses on our side which delayed our ability to start the project. During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. We built a new construction house and decided used Oser for all of our carpet. A few key things: - We shopped around and they were not the CHEAPEST, but working with Todd made the process very easy and we decided we'd rather spend a few more cents per square foot and buy local (the cost difference compared to other quotes is the main reason for 4 stars rather than 5). - We were not living in the house when they installed it, so I can't speak much to that. Our builder did mention he thought they would be done sooner than they were, but it wasn't holding anything up for us, so no issue. - I'm always hesitant about the 'no stain' warranties on carpet, but we upgraded to a high end carpet in the master so I want to make sure the inevitable red wine stain doesn't really stain! I know we have to get it cleaned annually by a professional, but I really feel like these guys will honor any warranty issues easier than a big box store or the chain carpet stores (hopefully we never have to find out, but who knows). - Lastly, in order to no void the warranty we could use my awesome new shark vacuum, so they gave us a brand new Hoover vacuum that was 'warranty approved' for our new carpet! Overall, I would recommend them and use them again if we need carpet. read more

We purchased Core-Tec Pro Plus LVP flooring for the office in our horse barn. It's a great product and enhances the exposed rustic beams in the room. The install was very nice--the two installers were knowledgeable and true craftsmen with their work. Todd Oser was a pleasure to work with-he knows his product lines and provided a wealth of info when we were making our flooring decision. He provided large samples (none of those silly 4" x 4" squares from Depot. . .) to review in the room and time enough to see how the samples looked in all light over several days. And when the install was complete, we were given a new Bona mop and duster and cleaning supplies to maintain the floor. It was a pleasant experience all the way and we will both return to Oser Paint & Flooring for carpet needs and recommend them to our friends and colleagues!
