There's a balance to pointing out the denial in people while still remaining understanding, and we've been fortunate enough to get both. Appointments are almost never canceled, start on time or within a few minutes, and you are given resources to work with at home. It's also nice that Kyle is willing to share some personal experiences and make you feel like you're talking with a friend versus being talked at. Something we really appreciate. Now, I know Kyle as of now is very booked, but seeing as he's the director I trust all his therapists to do well. My husband has interacted with Alex in a group setting many times, and finds him to be equally gifted and wouldn't mind seeing him as well.
