Can't say enough good things about this place. First of all, their new office building is STUNNING. The staff is always so helpful & eager to help. I signed up with Jessika Harrington at this office years ago when they were at their previous office and it's been such a pleasure since day one. Not only do I get a great rate, but I get a complete understanding of the benefits of all of my policies and what my premiums are used for. Phone call every year offering an appointment to come in and sit with Jessika to review my policies which I love because there's always an opportunity to review and fit my needs. Do not ever go under this insurance. They are deceitful and EVIL. I haven't said anything until now. They have mutilated my driving record by their lack of concern and professionalism. They offer a cheaper price for insurance, but in the end you get screwed. I have pondered over this for some time now. If you love yourself and your money, please by all means do not choose Kyle O'Rourke. I switched from my beautiful insurance company because they presented such a nice scheme. I live in the area and was walking by with my two children... 4 yrs old and 1 yr old. The 1 yr old was trying to scale their steps in front of their business, thinking its a playground. As I was gathering my daughter, in order to remove her from the steps she was crying and a loud voice screamed into the speaker "This is a place of business!" I was shocked being that if they had cameras they could see that we were not disrespecting their business. They were very harsh and rude. Definitely startled my children. Sad they chose to yell at a mother and her children, if that's how they treat people I definitely be wary of doing business with them. read more

This company was highly recommended. When we purchased our home, we were not insured for several weeks because of the negligence of State Farm, they have mess in their office, nobody knows what they are doing, not the best start. We let it slide. I guess not everyone there is too competent. My name was misspelled, so when I asked to have it corrected was told , it takes 10 days. In the meantime dealership asked me to provide proof of insurance. Going back and forth 15-20 times in 2 days, they keep giving me run around. It takes 5 minutes for a human being to get it done, maybe a day for a monkey. It is second day. Nothing resolved, my money feeds them, I know they dont like to hear it, so Jessika Harrington instead of deescalating this situation, after I lost it, tells me I couldn't afford her ( didnt know State Farm agents solicit different services) I am very religious and married man btw, and you dont talk to your paying customer in this unprofessional manner. Update, after mentioning that I'm going to write a Google review Jessika tells me, that State Farm lawyers are going to go after me, and she knows where I live and where me and my wife work (not sure if that was to warm up our conversation, or more like mob style talk) and that I will be charged with defamation. Way to do business and attract more customers I guess, instead of maybe being more empathetic and having ability to listen more and talk less. I am very scared of her threats. Thats why I am writing this review, with hope that it will be read by principals at State Farm headquarters. Jessica Harrington is a stellar example of how to conduct business and how to deal with public. Just kidding. Seeing review rebuttals from State Farm, I dont see much movement towards appeasing customers and resolving issues. More of snarky responses in the way of blaming customer. I am not expecting anything different. At the end of the day State Farm will be left with my 1 star review, and my money will go somewhere else. ***Another UPDATE, So I got hold of the cell number of the owner Kyle Rourke and texted him for help and that I was not happy with the situation. When he called me back I was relieved and hoped for situation to be resolved, owners are usually last resort and have skills to fix any situation. Not this guy.To my shock, he started berating me for mistreating his employees (I thought everything was on recorded lines, so he would hear that it is not true, or his employees lied about conversation being recorded) Then he points that my english is not the best, because I wrote in a previous review, which I deleted that some of his people speak poor english. That is the owner of the agency that provides services to the public! Then he went on telling me to never call him, which I won't and demanded that I take the review down, otherwise I will face legal actions. Magnificent way to do business and attract more clients. Who knows maybe all 1* reviewers are in jail already? Or Maybe that's how you do business in North Korea, you complain? Lawsuit! While the staff is nice, it has taken me over 7 phone calls trying to get my automatic payment reimbursed to me since canceling my insurance on August 10. Furthermore, I canceled renters insurance back in May and made at least 4 phone calls and email requests requesting reimbursement. They promise it's being taken care of, but repeated calls and more time goes by with no resolution. This is frustrating and very unprofessional. I had over $500 automatically deducted from my CANCELED ACCOUNT 3 weeks ago and no progress. Cannot recommend. read more

I would like to start this review off by saying that I was shocked to see only review regarding Kyle Rourke's State Farm Agency. Mr. Rourke and his team were absolutely fantastic in providing my family with a detailed analysis regarding our current coverage and potential exposure in the event of an unfortunate situation. Previously, my family was insured through Geico; however, the coverage was lacking. Mr. Rourke provided his recommendation regarding coverage related to our home, vehicles, as well as, an umbrella policy. Being in the legal world, I understand that you rather be safe than sorry when it comes coverage because you have the ability to shield personal assets - of course depending on your coverage. Nevertheless, Mr. Rourke then introduced me to Jessika, who went over the finer details regarding (1) the extent of the coverage; (2) the costs; and (3) any questions that we had. As for costs, I nearly tripled my coverage for about $20 more a month. As for the umbrella policy, this was a nominal monthly fee, which simply made sense. At absolutely no point during my discussions with Mr. Rourke and his team did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of or being upsold on unnecessary coverage. That being said, we highly recommend Mr. Rourke as your local agent. Knowing that I have someone to call or even stop by a brick and mortar is comforting.
